After a moving man wheels out some boxes, Phyllis watches from the doorway as Daniel and Lucy are sharing a weepy hug.
At home, Sharon insists on doing another hypnosis session. She tells a concerned Nick that she needs answers and can’t wait anymore.
The PI advises Nate and Amy not to wait too long (Damien moves around a lot)
Daniel tells his Mom that he and Lucy ‘finally’ went through Heather’s things. He and Phyllis reassure Lucy – they were just things – we’ll carry Mom around in our hearts. Lucy’s not feeling any closure – just sadness.
That last session took a lot out of you, Nick points out. Sharon insists on doing it now. One cue, Alan arrives. He wants to be cautious – you could be reliving traumatic memories. Sharon persists.
Phyllis offers to buy lunch – so we’ll get something decadent and expensive. Deciding to stay home to rest, Lucy leaves Phyllis to tell Daniel that he’s the best Dad, she’s proud of him. Blinking back tears, Daniel also wants to be a good son – what’s going on?
Mike arrives to repeat Nick and Alan’s concern (though he thinks not knowing can be as bad – plus, Sharon might not recover her memories right away, if ever) Mike pulls out a notepad as his client is again put under.
The PI leaves. Nate’s ready to go to LA right away – Amy’s not. What’s wrong? he wonders (forgetting, I guess that she’s dying)
Amy feels too sick to go to LA with Nate. He needs her to make the connection – we might never get another connection. She admits that she’s afraid Damien will hate her for keeping this secret.
At Society, Phyllis claims that she’s letting things go with Sharon. She wants Daniel’s advice on whether she should help Billy go against Victor. She said no – because she doesn’t want to jeopardize things with her kids. Daniel approves – so, what’s the problem? Phyllis feels it was a mistake.
