Nick thinks Sharon’s mind is playing tricks on her. Sharon cries some more – she blamed poor Phyllis; everyone thought she was crazy. And poor Daniel’s being accused of murdering the woman he loved. What I’ve done is unforgivable.
It was a hit and run but maybe the other driver panicked and drove off, Chance suggests. The accident was close to Sharon’s house, Daniel adds. Both kids plead over Phyllis before she’s taken for more tests.
