Traci’s asleep on the couch, Diane in a chair when Nikki drops by to see Jack (who immediately guesses she’s been drinking)
Cole joins Vikki as she’s stationed at the front door – hoping Claire would come home with Harrison after a night of eating ice cream. Is it possible we were wrong about her? That Claire did take Harrison?
I’m not drunk, Nikki’s indignant – she’s been up all night worried about Harrison – and blames herself for letting Jordan live. Jack suggests they go somewhere to talk. On cue, Diane wakes up to ask Nikki what she’s doing there.
On the patio, Summer updates her parents; my son is with two monsters! Who’s Jordan? Phyllis seems insulted that she (Summer) and Nick know something she doesn’t.
Jack tells Diane and Traci that there’s no news on Harrison then takes Nikki to the terrace to talk. What was that about? Traci wonders – then asks Ashley how she’s feeling when she comes downstairs.
On the terrace, Nikki admits what Jack already knows; she’s been drinking. She couldn’t sleep so went for a drive to clear her head – then passed a bar that was open all night. She hates being so weak.
While Phyllis whines about no one telling her about Jordan trying to kill the Newman family, Nick redirects the conversation and worries about Vikki – she just got her daughter back; she must be devastated.
At the tackhouse, Vikki and Cole are conflicted; knowing how guilty Claire looks but hoping that things aren’t as they seem.
Explaining that she feels a little ‘fuzzy’, Ashley’s surprised when Traci and Diane tell her that she ‘lashed out’ at them all.
On the terrace, Jack persuades Nikki to text Victor to let him know she’s safe. My whole family is in turmoil – I need to be strong, and sober, Nikki continues to blame herself. Jack reassure her – he and Victor are working together to bring Harrison home.
