Invited to have a drink in Jack’s office, Diane thanks him for supporting her. She worries Jack will be forced to stoop to Tucker’s level. So you want me to stoop for you, Billy suspects.
At Society, Abby can offer Summer a sympathetic ear but no advice. Asked to change the topic, she asks what’s going on at Jabot.
Jack confides his suspicion that Ashley and Tucker are targeting him – this is about more than Diane. Nikki sympathizes.

Listing everything Kyle’s been through, Mariah can’t believe he’s OK being let go from Marchetti. He’s excited to prove himself to the outside world – with Audra Charles at Newman Media. Mariah reminds that he has Jabot1 as his license place. Kyle’s annoyed that everyone thinks they know what’s best for him.
Abby’s stunned by Summer’s news – she had no idea her Mom and Tucker had started their own company. If it comes down to a vote, Abby will abstain. Summer thinks she’ll have to pick a side.

How far is Jack willing to go to save Jabot and Diane? As far as he needs to. Nikki warns that Tucker’s cut-throat.

As Summer reads the ‘breaking news’ of Kyle’s exit from Jabot, he’s in the jazz lounge removing his wedding ring…. Abby texts her Mom – is this new company with Tucker for real? … At the house, Tucker wants Ashley to say she loves him. Actions speak louder than words, she kisses him and takes the bottle upstairs. He’s left looking disappointed on the couch…. Diane resists giving up her job. Billy doesn’t see the big deal – this is the way to protect Jack and Jabot with out bloodshed. Jack walks in to warn that they need to prepare for war – is Billy willing to fight for Jabot against Ashley? He’ll do what needs to be done – always.
