At the house, Summer gets a message from her Mom – asking her to bring Daniel in for family peace. Wishing to herself that Phyllis would let it go, Summer puts her phone away as Kyle appears with champagne on ice – to toast his Mom’s freedom.

Cameron warns Diane about leaving her drink unattended on the bar – you can’t trust anyone. I come here all the time – we know everyone in this room, Diane claims. Do you know me? Cameron asks. When Diane asks has the bartender make her another drink, he declares it a ‘smart move’ and leaves.
Diane tells Jack about her ‘disturbing’ chat with the man at the bar – he looked familiar. Arriving with Victor, Nikki’s grilling Diane when they spot Summer trying to sneak upstairs.
Daniel flashes back to Summer saying she doesn’t need his brand of help. Is this you Mom? he puts his phone away and leaves the restaurant.

No, Summer’s not meeting Kyle – she’s meeting Daniel. She apologizes and says a few nice things to Diane. Nikki and Victor carry on like Diane’s still on house arrest – forcing Summer to tell her grandparents that her Mom’s alive. She went on the run after killing Stark – she’s terrified. Victor’s pissed – what comes next is Phyllis comes out of hiding to face you, your brother and the consequences. After Summer leaves Victor stares at Diane as he wonders what kind of mother would let her kids think she’s dead. Who would do that? Nikki blames Diane for pushing Phyllis to the edge.
