Damian and Amy drop by Nate’s after a good day touring all her old haunts in GC. Having just ended a call with Dr Kelly, Nate has an update on her treatment.
Over dinner at the club with Audra, Sally rants about Phyllis; Billy’s emotionally babysitting her. Audra’s on her friends’ side – but what about Phyllis threatens you so much?
Phyllis is at Billy’s – she’s all about Abbott Communications and Daniel will be too. He’s worried about Daniel ‘and you should be too’.
Daniel would like Tessa to teach him how to play guitar.
Phyllis spreads chaos wherever she goes, Sally’s annoyed and nervous – but NOT threatened. Yes, she might be after more than friendship, but Billy would know better, wouldn’t he? she doesn’t seem so sure.

Nate and Damian fuss over Amy – she feels as well as she has in ages. Now, what did Dr Kelly say? Your reaction to the treatment makes you a candidate for a facility in Boston. What does that mean? You have a chance. Amy cries in Damian’s arms.
Billy knows how much her kids and career mean to Phyllis but Daniel doesn’t want the job. Trust that he can figure out his own path – let him go.
Warned that learning to play guitar can be a a frustrating and disappointing journey, Daniel’s ready to commit and move forward. Tessa’s in.
Nate warns Damian and Amy not to get ahead of themselves. She worries about the cost. I’ve got this, Damian insists. Dr Kelly wouldn’t have suggested it if she didn’t think you have a chance, Nate tells Amy that she’d be leaving for Boston tonight.
When the charming Holden stops by their table briefly, Sally can tell that he was more than a fling and that Audra’s holding back – what really happened between you two? she whispers when he’s out of earshot.
Phyllis doesn’t want Daniel to spiral like he did in Savannah. Billy points out that he was never excited about coming onboard. He’d be doing this for you – because he loves you. Show him you love him by letting him go do his thing.
Daniel explains why he didn’t ask his Dad – he knows Tessa will be strict and honest. He used to bring out the guitar his Dad bought him for Heather once in a while. This is what he needs.
Your diagnosis hasn’t changed – you have to act fast, Nate tells Amy. Also encouraged by Damian, Amy will miss them and Audra.
