Jack sums it up by saying that Billy’s in a better place, Lily’s working with her family and Nikki’s where she belongs too. If only Victor would leave Kyle and Claire alone, there could be peace between our families, he believes.

Kyle calls downstairs to order a huge breakfast from room service. And now for a pillow fight with Claire and some more kissing.

When push came to shove, Sharon saved my life – she wasn’t in her right mind when she framed Daniel – she was a victim like the rest of us. Phyllis wishes the nightmares would stop and the kidnapper caught.

Her engagement ring noticed, Traci manages to keep the topic of conversation on Sharon’s ordeal. Hearing that she and Phyllis set off an alarm that triggered a gas release, Traci flashes back to the text she saw on Alan’s phone.

Jack and Nikki wish Victor would leave Kyle and Claire alone. His own granddaughter could be collateral damage. Agreeing to support their ‘true love’, Nikki doesn’t seem to be too concerned about Victor being mad about it.

Before digging into their breakfast, Kyle and Claire pull out their phones to text work.

Talking to Traci was so cathartic that Sharon now suggests she and Phyllis talk to the brilliant and insightful Alan. He might be able to help us catch the kidnapper (when he gets back) No one’s safe until this madman’s off the streets.

Nikki can handle a tantrum or two and will ensure Victor doesn’t interfere in Kyle and Claire’s relationship. When both she and Jack get texts from Claire and Kyle – it seems that both are sick from ‘bad clams’. Young love is divine, both bosses are happy to let the white lie go.

Claire and Kyle receive texts at the same time, with the same reply – ‘no worries’.

Joining Nick, Summer and Phyllis at the club, Sharon shares an inside joke with Phyllis and is eager to find their kidnapper.

Still on the patio, Traci leaves Alan a message claiming that she has to deal with her publisher before joining him in Paris. I love you. ~click~ This just can’t be, she frets to herself.

Claire’s never played hooky before. Yes, she’s enjoying her day but this can’t happen again. OK, maybe once in a while. Now it’s time for more making out.

Nikki needs to get to work – she’s glad that she and Jack are still the best of friends and pledges to always be honest with him. Even if it breaks Victor’s trust?

Sharon and Phyllis sharing another private joke gives Nick hope. Sharon has more hope – she had an interesting talk with Traci and asked if Alan would talk to them. He might have insight into whoever took us. Wouldn’t be amazing if he was the key to bringing this to an end?

Jack joins Traci on the patio – what happened? Tell me I’m not losing my mind – that I haven’t made the biggest mistake of my life! she cries.
