At the park’s overlook, Sharon and Phyllis discuss their feelings towards one another (Phyllis claims to hate Christine more) Pointing out that they’ve been stepmothers to each others kids, Sharon declares the animosity between them ‘sad’.

Sharon thinks things can be different between her and Phyllis. We got along when I was undergoing cancer treatment, she reminds. Phyllis considers her hatred her friend. But OK – cool – she’s ready to move on.

Billy admits that he is indeed still angry at his Mother – she and Victor went too far this time. However, he’s determined to focus on his great life. It felt good that Dumar expressed interest in investing in Abbott Communications. Sally’s happy for him but curious about one thing – if Dumar was just being polite, why is he blowing up your phone after hours?

Why would we be on Dumar’s radar at all? Lily’s further stumped when Victor tells her that he (Dumar) sent Damian Kane information on her and Devon three months ago (so, before Nate reached out to Damian)

Sally’s sceptical of Dumar – no one became a billionaire through self-sacrifice. Billy appreciates her looking out for him; he doesn’t trust anyone (except her) Enough talk – now it’s time to make out.

Sharon and Phyllis now bond over their shared experience over drinks at Society (Phyllis being especially vulnerable)

Meeting at CL’s, Devon comments that Lily seems ‘off’ and updates that Amy’s on her way back with Nate and Damian. We were right to be suspicious of him, she claims.

Sharon and Phyllis decide to both give up on their hate. Baby steps, Phyllis clinks Sharon’s glass of wine.

Lily relays what Victor told her. Damian was just pretending he didn’t know anything about Winters Inc. he knew about us months ago. Nate’s brother has been playing him and us this whole time, Devon concludes.

With Sally presumably upstairs, Billy returns Dumar’s call. About the quid pro quo we discussed – I’ve got the quid if you’ve got the pro quo.
