On the patio, Sharon and Phyllis make small talk about how nice it is to have showered and their brave kids. This isn’t over emotionally for us – we must talk about what happened. Who wants to start? Sharon asks brightly.

Over drinks at the ranch, Victor tells Lily that he did some digging into Damian Kane and his relationship with Aristotle Dumar.

As they unpack their dinner, Sally asks why the reclusive, intriguing and ultra-private business mogul (Aristotle Dumar) is calling Billy.

You don’t think a billionaire would contact little old me? Billy jokes that maybe he’s Aristotle ‘Dumb-ass’. The curious Sally reminds that they agreed to have no secrets. And, because Billy’s acting so ‘weird’, she suspects he’s not telling her the full story.

When Lily calls Victor on having his own agenda for looking into Damian Kane, he remarks that she’s a ‘smart woman’.

Phyllis addresses the hate she and Sharon have for one another. Are we BFF’s now? She’s confused, not sure what to do with feelings she’s not supposed to have.

If there’s something in this for Victor, Lily would like to know. Wanting to heal the rift between them, Victor asks if she wants the information he has, or not.

Maybe Billy IS a man of mystery. You have a ‘tell’, Sally knows what he looks like when he’s honest, and when he’s pretending to be honest. Billy distracts with jokes and a kiss.

Is this reverse psychology? Phyllis came to ‘be real’. Sharon concludes that they went through something traumatic that they escaped from together – but, we can go back to our old lives and feelings. Phyllis is having a hard time and needs a break from being a ‘bad ass’ – I just want to breathe. Sharon stands and grabs her coat – let’s get out of here.

Billy explains that Dumar’s assistant called a few weeks ago to congratulate him. Then, Dumar called himself. He knew I got screwed over by Victor and that my Mother treated me unfairly. It’s wild that he knew and was on my side. That must have been vindication, Sally’s correct in saying.

Victor tells Lily not to do business with Aristotle Dumar. Damian Kane’s a front – he owns nothing. Why would he go to the trouble? she wonders. Victor suspects Dumar told Damian Kane to insinuate himself into your family because he (Dumar) is interested in Winters Inc.
