Wow – Adam definitely wasn’t expecting that (kiss) Neither was Chelsea. Is she sorry? She’s not sure.

When Nick shows up at the ranch to update his parents that both Phyllis and Sharon are missing, Nikki wonders what Phyllis has done now.

Hello! Hello! Phyllis shouts at the intercom – how do we win this game, FREAK!? Sharon tells her that they have to work together to win this damn game.

Sorry for sending mixed messages, Chelsea got carried away; she doesn’t want to mislead Adam. He’s not complaining but will go at her pace. Chelsea’s so impressed with his thoughtfulness. Wine in hand, Adam makes a lovely toast. Both seem willing to try again.

Phyllis hasn’t done anything, Nick chides his Mom – and no, Sharon hasn’t gone off her meds and gone off the deep end. Chance is looking into it, unofficially.

The song playing over the intercom must mean something to both of us, Sharon believes. Phyllis thinks the only way to get out of there is to win this game together. The voice over the intercom agrees.

After Chelsea cleans up, Adam pours them a drink of something stronger. No, she doesn’t need to redecorate her ‘wing’ – but, before she opens her heart, she needs to know if he’s really over Sally. No, there’s no ‘flicker’, Adam vows.

We’ll get to the bottom of this, Victor agrees to beef up security. Nick appreciates that and is determined to bring Sharon and Phyllis home safely.

Refusing to reveal his identity, the voice over the intercom tells the ladies to go to the safe – where they find a birthday card. Phyllis reads the ‘riddle’ inside ‘I’m 18 away from Independence Day’.

Hmmm – 18 days away from Independence Day is June 16th or July 22nd (the music indicates they’re right) Phyllis uses 72213 to open the safe – which contains two phones.

Sally’s the past – Adam’s looking towards the future, with Chelsea. Too much has happened. You sound wistful, Chelsea shares his regret (for hurting Billy and Sally) and wonders about their night in Baltimore.
