Billy’s nervous to find Phyllis sitting so still at Society – why are you so calm? She’s shocked too – for the first time in a long time, things are on track.

Faith joins her father downstairs at the house to report that Christian’s asleep upstairs – neither slept much. The police have launched an official search – we’ll find your mother, Nick vows.

Victor assures Nikki that he’s having Ian watched. He’s very creative; don’t underestimate him, she frets. Victor WILL deal with him.

Pushing a stroller through the park, Mariah and Tessa stop short when Ian gets off his bench, bible in hand. This little angel must be Aria, he coos.

Billy’s sceptical – has Phyllis really let things go (with Sharon)? Or is she building steam until she blows?

Ian assaulted me as a teenager and tormented me as an adult, Nikki’s outraged that he’d come back to GC after all the agony he caused.

Ordered to take a step back, Ian understands why his presence might give Mariah pause. That man over there is one of Victor’s guards – that should make everyone feel at ease. He wants to take responsibility for the anguish he caused – my soul cries out to make amends.

Nick only called the hospitals to rule out Sharon getting into an accident – perhaps she just needed to get away to resolve her feelings. Faith’s sure something terrible has happened – maybe Mom was drugged again – maybe Ian did something to her!

Back at Society, Billy just wants to keep Phyllis honest. She’s fully committed to helping him get Chancellor back – on one condition.

Unable to touch her toast or OJ, Faith continues to worry that Ian did something to her Mom. He’s not here to make people nervous, she insists – he’s here for a reason, maybe to hurt Mom.

Mariah berates Ian – if you really wanted to make amends you’d stay away from me and my family! Ian worries that she blames herself instead of him – he’s ashamed and wants to make things right (but doesn’t expect forgiveness) Now addressing Tessa, he reminds that he was there in her ‘moment of need’. God has a plan – we’re intertwined until the end, he tells a horrified Mariah.

Nikki continues to list Ian’s evil deeds. Victor promises he won’t let him hurt the family again.

Billy doesn’t like Phyllis having one condition before agreeing to help him. Summer then runs in to interrupt with an announcement that Sharon’s missing.

Ian won’t get past security, Nick reassures – but understands why Faith’s jumping to worst case scenario. Does your Mom seem like her meds are being tampered with? No, Faith admits – but where is she!?
