Nate and Audra are on one side of the table, the Winters on the other. How was your honeymoon? Audra’s attempt to spark conversation falls flat – but Lily’s family is thrilled by her decision. She wants her Dad’s legacy to live on. I love you guys.

After the ladies tease Nate about getting emotional, he talks a bit about his brother; he’s glad to be in his family’s good graces. I love you guys. All cheers. Audra has something in her eye. Sorry – she didn’t mean to take this moment away from Lily. Near tears, she doesn’t have family. I’m OK with that (she’s not) You’re lucky to have each other. She leads the toast – to the Winters.

Does Sally really give you what you need? Phyllis isn’t flirting – she’s talking about taking Victor down. You and Sally have nothing in common except Adam and Chelsea trampled your hearts. Billy won’t fight with Phyllis. She’s upset that her ‘friend’ is representing Sharon. Billy will talk to her tomorrow – good night. Good night, he repeats firmly as she stops by their table. Everything OK? Sally asks Billy. Phyllis is looking for a friend but Billy’d rather be with Sally. She sends him off to be a good guy – I’ll wait up for you.

Returning to the apartment, Nate’s surprised that Devon took Audra into his confidence (telling her a ‘cute’ basketball story) You took a giant step towards winning over my family – he wants to know more about her family. She doesn’t want to talk about it; she’s not proud of where she came from. Nate knows her father was an alcoholic and her mother, a cold enabler. That’s why Audra’s so driven and unemotional. Nate didn’t think much about his Dad until Amy showed up. He never really had a father/son bond but had Neil and Malcolm.

Phyllis joins Lily at Society’s bar to order a ‘Scotch, neat’. She’s out of the hospital and a job so can now she can spend all day grieving her son’s loss. Lily agrees – they were both ‘bounced out’ by Billy. I’ll bounce back, Phyllis vows – I always do.

Back home, Abby’s happy that Devon’s so happy. Audra said it perfectly – it’s a family connection. She was somewhat tolerable, they agree – but, Devon feels that something’s off – he’s not sure he’s buying this kinder, softer Audra Charles.

Devon has a hard time trusting Audra. Maybe she’s just trying to impress the family to pull Nate in deeper.

The fireplace roaring, Nate and Audra cuddle on the couch. He praises her for putting herself out there for him. Don’t get used to it, she quips.

Lily’s sorry she lashed out at Phyllis – Billy was the one she was mad at. Phyllis is touched to hear that Lily reached out to Daniel. Everything at Chancellor seems petty compared to what happened with Heather. Phyllis has new perspective too – being part of Jill and Victor’s ‘Reindeer games’ isn’t important. Lily’s bouncing back too – she’s going back to Winters, where she’ll be respected. Billy arrives – he’s glad he found Phyllis. After Lily leaves them to chat, Billy orders a Scotch. He’s sorry he pushed Phyllis away when she needed a friend (though you likely won’t admit it) No, Phyllis will admit it – she could use a friend.

Next Week: It’s your call now – where you want to take this, the lady PI tells Nate and Amy. We found him, we found your brother, Amy’s emotional… Billy assures Sally that he won’t fail. How can he be so sure? Billy has a plan and he just walked in the door…. Sharon tells Alan that she knows this might not work but she’s desperate and will do whatever she can to regain her memory.
