Nick pleads with Sharon to hold off on changing her plea to guilty. He’s convinced the lab results will confirm that something was wrong with her meds, He’s not wrong, Mike’s agrees.
At the house, Jack’s relieved that Diane and Kyle had a good talk. Now it’s your turn; time is precious, she nudges Jack to resolve his issues with Kyle.
Excuse me, do I know you? Claire pauses outside Society to ask her disguised Aunt.
Jack doesn’t want to pressure Kyle. He’s being cautious in hopes things don’t blow up in his face. Tell him you forgive him, Diane reiterates.
Mike agrees that Sharon could have been given a bad batch of meds. He’ll never believe that she’s a cold-blooded killer.
I don’t think so – have a nice day, Jordan says in a British accent before hurrying off. That woman seemed familiar to me, Claire looks unsettled. Once inside Society, she and Kyle approach Faith to express their support (before she scurries out)
Sharon doubts the jury will believe Nick’s theory. It’ll be a long-shot – Mike’s also concerned that the meds were turned over to Chance (who Sharon confessed to) The prosecution might even suggest that Nick planted this ‘new evidence’. You may have put Sharon in a deeper hole.
Diane and Jack debate how to move forward with Kyle. Tell him that you’ve forgiven him; extend the olive branch, she says – for a 3rd time.
Summer arrives at Society in time to see Kyle kiss Claire’s hand across the table.

Summer declines Kyle’s invitation to join them for a bite and goes to see about her take-out. Claire thinks she was being weird with them – like she sensed that they’re closer.
Back on the patio, both Nick and Sharon trust ‘by-the-book’ Chance. He makes a list of all the milestones Sharon will miss if she gives up hope. Again telling Nick that he’s not wrong, Mike goes to see Chance.
Nick’s brought Sharon to the park for a pep talk. She’s sorry for putting him through this and would understand if he took a step back. Nick’s not going anywhere. He knows she didn’t just snap – and you’re perfectly sane now. Yes, you do deserve me ¬hug¬
