Chris joins Chance at CL’s to say that she’ll be Daniel’s lawyer if he needs one. How does the evidence stack up? Will he be charged?

Daniel and Lucy reminisce, pack and discuss her being mature and accepting her fate to join her grandpa on tour. She’s worried and scared. Daniel will miss her too. That’s why he came up with an idea.

Phyllis flops dramatically onto the sofa in Billy’s office to update him that her son’s being framed for Heather’s murder – by Sharon.

You OK? Kyle surprises his Dad by asking. Are you really upset about what’s happened between your mother and me? Jack’s sceptical.

Diane makes a beeline over to Victor and Nikki’s table at the club to announce news that should make them happy – her marriage is over.

Nikki’s neither surprised nor saddened that Diane’s marriage has fallen apart. She’s waited a long time for this – what did you do? Diane was accused of being a gold-digger. Jack threw me out and fired me from Jabot? Victor wonders what Diane wants.

Kyle was ‘disturbed’ by his parents deterioration. He asked his Mom if the accusations were true. She came back to town with an agenda – as everyone warned them about, Jack now knows. Did she ever really love us? Jack doesn’t know. You loved and trusted her – what’s changed? Kyle asks. It all comes down to one thing – you (Kyle)

It’s clear to Phyllis that Sharon killed Heather and is framing Daniel. She was attacking them in public – there was a problem with her meds and she’s always resented Daniel for Cassie’s death. That sounds ‘outrageous’ to Billy – he thinks Phyllis is the one who’s ‘spinning out’.

Diane wants to get ahead of the rumours and slander headed her way – this is all Jack’s fault. Nikki highly doubts that. Sure, Diane’s ambitious but she was fully committed to Jack. You’ve never learned to read the room, Victor sees no reason for Diane to stick around.

If Phyllis was ‘spinning out’, heads would be rolling. But, if that’s the case, she sees that as more reason that Billy should rehire her (and Daniel) even if it’s under the radar.

Daniel saw something while they were shopping; a friendship bracelet kit. He’s still wearing the one Lucy made for him and wants her to have a reminder of how much he loves her. Lucy chooses blue, red and purple to represent their ‘weird’ family.

Chance hasn’t been up against the illustrious Christine Blair before. She’s happy that he’s back on the force (Nina not so much) and wants justice for Heather. That said, Daniel’s innocent – you’re going after the wrong person.
