Meeting Diane at Society, Jack gripes about Billy taking Abbott Chancellor down self-sabotaging path. He did learn something that could be good for them – there’s trouble brewing behind the scenes at Newman.

At Newman, Audra tells Victor that she wasn’t able to bring a sample of her new skin care product because Kyle cancelled production on her prototype. Victor reminds that Kyle tattled on her for tattling to Nate (that he’s Glacade’s secret investor) Things get even more tense when Kyle arrives.

Having summoned his Mom and sister to CL’s, Daniel wastes no time dampening their mood – Heather’s gone.

Nick drops by the house to ask Faith how Sharon is. She slept in this morning – is that bad? Sharon joins them with a bright smile and tray of breakfast – she has a lot to do.

As Kyle and Audra continue to argue, Victor challenges them both to prove who’s more competent to run the company.

‘Peppy’ Sharon has baked muffins and made bacon and eggs – she was in the mood. After sending Faith to check on the muffins, Sharon tells Nick that she’s seeing her therapist today. Happy to drive her, he admits to calling her doctor (who didn’t break confidentiality) Sharon’s OK with Nick ‘invading her privacy’ and looks annoyed when Faith returns. After she and her Dad go upstairs to fix a sticky window, Cameron appears to praise Sharon – no one has a clue you killed Heather last night.

Daniel tells Summer and Phyllis that Heather went away for a few days to clear her head. Blaming Sharon, Phyllis wants to call Heather. No, Daniel has another idea (and excuses himself)

Heather was really annoying – always making excuses for that brat and Daniel, Cameron tells Sharon that she’s gotta keep this secret. I could lose everything! she yelps. Heather’s death was a wake up call, Sharon’s determined to get better. Cameron warns her not to slip up with her therapist or you’ll be locked up for life. You’ll never have closure unless you kill Daniel. Sharon won’t do it. Coming down to rave about how good a handyman he is, now it’s time for Nick to play chauffeur.

Daniel worries that he may have driven Heather away again – What if she’s leaving me?

Jack tells Diane that Vikki offered to buy Chancellor behind her Dad’s back. They then butt heads over whether it’s a waste of time to help Billy. We have problems of our own to deal with, Diane’s pissed.
