Still in the ER, Faith continues to fret over the accident. Nick’s supportive – you were helping Lucy. Because she was drinking, Sharon’s pissed – NONE of this is your fault! Nick’s taken aback.
At the club for breakfast, Victor notes that Nikki’s not eating. She’s too worried about Faith.
Lily clip clops into Society to tell Devon that her plan to oust Billy from Chancellor just blew up in her face.
Jack joins Billy at CL’s to hear his brother didn’t sleep well last night. Reminding that he runs ABBOTT Chancellor, Billy quickly apologises – it’s not about you. Enter Chelsea and Connor. Awkward.
Lily tells Devon that Billy fired her. She overplayed her hand by citing his history as a reason she should be take the lead.
Connor missed Billy. He really enjoyed the book Billy gave him by Edgar Alan Poe. In one short story, ‘a guy lost his mind’. Shows you what a guilty conscience can do, Jack’s quip hangs in the air. Billy doesn’t look Chelsea’s way as he promises they can hang out with Johnny.
When Nikki mentions Faith’s last accident, Victor reminds that Adam donated a kidney to save her. Nikki manages to be grateful for that. Both are sad about Cassie and worry about Sharon (who Nick thinks is grieving all over again)
Faith continues to worry. Nick continues to make jokes. Sharon continues to act weird. Be selfish – Daniel and Heather can take care of Lucy. Daniel appears to update that the doctors are running more tests. Is she going to be OK? Faith’s alarmed.
Connor needs to get to his therapy session. Sent ahead by his Mom, he ignores Billy’s fist bump in favour of a hug and looks forward to getting together. Chelsea thanks the brothers for being so supportive. When Jack goes for coffee, Chelsea asks Billy if he’s made any decisions.
Nikki’s proud of Faith for not drinking but it’s too bad Lucy’s going down the wrong path. She herself, is lucky not to have hurt herself or others when driving drunk. She also worries that running Cassidy First has triggered Sharon’s grief.
Daniel assures Faith that the doctors are just being overly cautious with Lucy. What brings you by? Sharon asks frostily. She then makes faces when Cameron appears to ask if she’s trying to wish him or Romalotti away. When Faith again blames herself, Sharon’s NOT having it. Egging her on, Cameron knows who’s to blame.
