In the lounge, Summer puts her anger towards Audra aside. She’s been thinking about what Kyle said and believes he was sincerely trying to find common ground. The ultimatimum to cut Audra loose was a step too far. So, you’re not willing to do that? Summer asks.

I thought you said you’d be there for me, Audra jumps to the wrong conclusion. Nate clarifies; her partnership with Kyle doesn’t stand a chance. You and me? We have potential. He warns Audra that Kyle doesn’t her and has said as much to Glacade’s mystery owner.

Mike looked into why Jill would hand all of her power over to Billy. Seems she’s in London, being treated by her brother for cardiac issues. Victor’s sorry to hear it.

Hands clasped, Adam and Sally continue their debate. He wishes she could believe him. So does Sally – she doesn’t know what to do. I love you, things will get better, Adam promises. When? Frustrated, she grabs her purse and leaves.

So, this mystery investor made his financial support contingent on Kyle working with you at Glacade? Nate’s not trying to trick Audra into revealing who it is – he already knows; it’s Victor Newman.

Victor suspects Jill’s testing her son – he wishes she’d handed the reins to Lily’s capable hands (as does Mike) Billy didn’t inherit any business accumen from his father.

Nate knows Victor would love nothing more than to own the company that takes down Jabot. He’s seen how Victor operates. Jack’s love for his son is his weakness. He’s using Kyle as a pawn.

Kyle doesn’t understand why Summer distrusts Audra so much. Why don’t you? Summer reminds Kyle that she turned on him before; you couldn’t stand her. What bothers Summer the most is that Kyle doesn’t see it. You don’t trust her either, do you? she then realizes.

Swearing Nate to secrecy, Audra confirms that Victor is Glacade’s secret inestor. At first, she was thrilled but now she doesn’t like where things are headed. None of it’s good.

When Victor shares his plan to swoop in and buy Chancellor when Billy tanks it, Mike’s not sure if he’s a white knight on a dark horse or a dark knight on a white horse. Victor adds that he’ll put Nikki in charge. Mike believes that a perfect choice – but please tell me you don’t plan to weaponize Jill’s medical condition against her own son??

A sad Sally runs into an equally sad Billy in the park.

Connor apparently upstairs at Adam’s, he and Chelsea talk about her discussion with Billy. She told him she needed space. I can’t keep doing this anymore. Feeling the same way (about Sally) Adam wishes Billy would back the hell off.

Kyle doesn’t need to like Audra to work with her. But, you don’t trust her, Summer isn’t buying his reasons – there’s more to it.

Audra didn’t care if Victor had ulterior motives – she thought he’d see how valuable an asset she is; she thought she could manage the situation. Manage Victor Newman? Nate chuckles. Audra now realizes that Victor only incested in Glacade to hurt Jack/Jabot. Her job hinges on a a feud she wants no part of.

Victor suggests Mike go to Chance for info. Or Lauren – she should know what’s going on with her sister. Mike reluctantly agrees – we’re all good? No – we’re not all good. Bring me info and we’ll talk about it, Victor barks.

Billy and Sally compare notes in the park.

Adam and Chelsea also compare notes. He hates lying to Sally; we’re in love. We have to find a way to put this behind us once and for all, Chelsea sees only one way out. This is killing me. I care about Billy; I can’t lose him. There’s only one option – we have to tell the truth.
