Tell Mom I’m going to be fine, Lucy pleads with her Dad. I’m right here, Heather finally agrees – no drinking, smoking or vaping. OK, Lucy can’t leave fast enough.

Jack hands Diane a beautifully wrapped gift. Oh my gosh – he’s had a copy of his vows framed. She tears up as she reads aloud. Jack takes over. You are my life, my heart, my love – I love you ~kiss~

On the patio, Phyllis declares Summer the best Mother ever. Summer whines that Dad and Daniel aren’t as supportive. Phyllis won’t defend them – but – they’ve been through this before. Daniel identifies with Harrison. Summer then suspects her Mom’s being ‘waffley’. Harrison returns. What’s wrong? Summer asks. Everything, Harrison pouts.

Jack chokes up as he reads Diane’s sappy card out loud. More kissing – more I love yous.

Over wine, Daniel tells Heather that he wants to do something to keep Cassie’s memory alive. He offered to create a game with Cassidy First. Sharon seemed touched. They agree that Lucy should slow down when it comes to Faith. Daniel hopes their friendship could make things less painful between him and Sharon.

At the house, Lucy gushes over Faith’s dress. Our ride’s here. Have fun, stay safe, Sharon sends them off. Faith will tell her Mom all about it when she gets back. Lucy thinks it’ll run pretty late.

Also in the theme of paper, Diane’s given Jack a book of coupons (one he’d like to use right now) Their romantic evening is interrupted by Harrison.

As Harrison runs upstairs to get his lucky bunny, Summer apologizes for intruding. Yes, she’s planning to seek sole custody. Kyle loves Harrison, she agrees – but he loves himself more.

At CL’s, Phyllis chats with Lucy and Faith. Did you burn your lip? I love that skirt. Sharon’s surprised they aren’t at the concert. You don’t want to keep your driver waiting. No crowd surfing, Phyllis jokes. After the girls leave, Sharon doesn’t want to engage with Phyllis. Lucy really looks up to Faith. Yes, maybe a bit too much, Sharon adds.

Daniel got the impression that Faith’s not all that enthusiastic about going to the concert. Heather’s NOT happy to hear that Lucy’s telling lies.

Harrison comes down with his lucky bunny. Looks like you’re having a party. Happy Anniversary, Summer leaves Diane to worry about Summer getting custody. Jack easily steers the evening back to a celebration – upstairs.

Phyllis thinks Faith is being lovely by making Lucy feel special – she’s a lot more sensitive than her Mother.

Daniel tells Heather that Lucy lied about going to the pool party. They’re at the fairgrounds, Daniel can tell by his phone app. We’ll get through this – with comfort food.

Outside, Faith’s going to use the bathroom. Lucy will wait outside – go do your thing. What’s wrong with you – go do your thing? Lucy berates herself. It’s time to relax (she pulls a bottle of vodka out of her purse)
