Daniel’s being realistic – Kyle’s a jerk but he’s a good father. You’re the one wearing blinders, he tells Summer. The Abbott’s have deep pockets and connections. Summer’s a Newman; her grandpa will always have her back (unlike some people) Reigniting an Abbott-Newman war? That’s your plan? Daniel smirks.

Sharon needs to get away from here for a little while. If she stays here, she may never be able to heal.

Chance wants to be a bigger part of the solution – I’m not going anywhere, he assures Billy. Back to work, Lily’s all business – there’s no time for jokes. Victor may be coming after us.

Sharon needs to clear her mind in a peaceful place – not a hospital. She needs to grieve the loss of Rey and the Cameron ordeal; to live with these feelings and make peace with them. Nick and the girls approve and will pick up the slack. I’m going to come back from this better and stronger, she promises with a hug.

Summer wants to keep Harrison safe. From what? A trip to Paris? Daniel scoffs until she’s had enough and she marches out.

Victor’s trying to poach us? Billy thinks it’s just Devon trying to turn her against him. After Chance escapes, Billy lays out his theory. He won’t give Victor an opening – I’m not afraid of him. Maybe you should be, Lily frets.

Summer’s summoned Chance to the park to whine about Daniel not supporting her going after sole custody. He was so bleak and disheartening. Chance is supportive.

This is a quintessential Victor move – divide and conquer, Billy doesn’t want Lily to worry – our job is to turn this company into a powerhouse. We can’t do that if we’re constantly looking over our shoulders. Or you’re constantly looking at your phone, Lily scolds – waiting to hear from Chelsea? Is that where you want to be right now? With her?

Sharon will call her doctor to make an appointment – she’d like some privacy. While Nick and the girls go out for lunch, Sharon will start looking for places to go on her retreat. Sedona comes to mind. Faith’s offer to go along is declined.

In a suite upstairs at the GCAC, Summer doesn’t want to talk about her woes anymore – it’s your turn to vent. Chance has other plans.

‘That was nice’ but Summer is still stressed out. I have to win this. This custody battle’s tying you in knots, Chance is really starting to worry about her.

Lily has to be honest – maybe it’s easier for you (Billy) to fixate on plots and agendas at work because he can’t fix things with Chelsea. Billy will do what it takes to get Chelsea through this – and prove himself to all the doubters – ‘it’s AC baby, all the way’. Lily’s left frowning when he steps out to answer his phone.

Now at CL’s, Nick thinks Sharon’s had a breakthrough. You didn’t do anything wrong, he reassures Faith. Neither he nor Sharon will ever forget the night they lost Cassie. Spotting father and daughter holding hands, Daniel changes his mind on coming in.

You can try and run from what’s happening Sharon, a male voice startles Sharon. You can run but you can’t hide. A bloodied Cameron is standing in her living room.
