Lily empathizes with what Chelsea and Billy are going through. She and Adam left for Baltimore last night to bring him home, updates – he worries about Chelsea – and what if something unexpected happens? Lily thinks Billy might be run down and neglecting his own feelings. Do you feel you and Chelsea won’t survive as a couple? Billy can’t let that happen.
Back in the park, Sharon continues to converse with her imaginary ex. You need to fall in love again, Nick doesn’t want her to give up. Sometimes Sharon doesn’t feel she deserves love. Of course you do, Nick disagrees.
Devon doesn’t want to go after Billy – he doesn’t want payback. Victor suggests he rethink his position – Billy’s not the man to run Chancellor. Devon’s wonders where this is all coming from.
Mariah’s impressed to hear that Faith’s postponed her trip to Europe (a mature decision) Mom’s been avoiding me. Faith thinks she knows why… That makes perfect sense to Mariah – I’m the living breathing reminder of what Sharon lost, Cassie.
Sharon can’t find love with someone else – it’s never felt right with anyone else. Nick isn’t talking about someone else. Nothing’s the same without you – maybe the only way we can heal is together. Snapping back to reality, Sharon’s surprised to find herself alone on the park bench.

All three agree that Katherine wouldn’t like her name getting second billing in her own company. Devon doesn’t want Lily to get hurt. Get her out of there before it’s too late, Victor abruptly thanks Devon for coming by – think about it. After showing Devon out, Nick asks what that was about. Devon will go straight to Lily and tell her you’re coming after Chancellor – which is exactly what Victor wants.
Lily worries about Billy, as a friend. His new logo approved, Billy’s excited about the ‘swag’ while she wants to talk business (because she’s based in reality) Devon arrives to whisk Lily out for coffee – it’s important.
Mariah knows Mom loves her but it must be hard for her to be around me. If anything happened to Aria, she tears up. Mom’s been through a lot since losing Cassie – cancer, losing Rey, Cameron nightmare. It’s too much. She’s always been there for us. It’s our turn to support her. Mom! Mariah and Faith jump up. On the CL’s patio, Devon ‘needs’ Lily to reconsider; leave Chancellor, come work with me. Lily’s staying where she is. You need to get out before all hell breaks loose, Devon issues a dire warning.
