Ashley? Alan? Carrying out a tray of coffee into the living room, Traci’s puzzled. Hmmm – where are they? While Alan’s tied up in a closet, she’s annoyed to find Tucker at the door.
What at are YOU doing here? both Traci and Tucker ask. Taking a seat, Tucker wants to know why Alan pretended he didn’t know him and Ashley sounded terrified. Are you sure Alan can be trusted?
The more Traci politely but firmly stonewalls him, the more suspicious Tucker becomes. As Alan manages to sit up in the closet, Martin drags a limp Ashley along the hallway. Refusing to let Tucker look around, Traci’s showing him the door as Ashley (groggily opens her eyes) Hearing voices, Martin begins to panic.
Remarkably flexible, Alan manages to get his bound hands from his back to his front. Downstairs, Traci insists that she trusts Alan as Tucker slowly saunters towards the front door after expressing how much he cares for Ashley and that it cost him his engagement to Audra. He takes note that there’s three coffee cups.
Upstairs, Ashley tries to reason with the manic Martin. HE fixed her, NOT Alan! Hearing her scream, Tucker and Traci run upstairs. Tucker shields the sisters as the twin brothers’ fight busts through the french doors and ends with them both tumbling over the balcony. Please don’t go outside! Traci shouts at Ashley – who ignores her and does just that.
As a siren wails in the background, Alan’s helped in by Tucker as Traci fusses over Ashley. Martin’s still on the road. The police are on the scene. He probably saved my life, I landed on him, Alan laments. Tucker explains that he came because he was worried about Ashley – he didn’t know Alan had a twin brother. His questions unanswered, he resists his and Traci’s demand that he leave but relents as Ashley rubs her temples and ignores him. He tells Traci that he’ll be in Paris for a few more days – if you need anything. Ashley’s apologetic and Alan’s sad for his brother; but relieved he’s at peace.
A distraught Ashley doesn’t remember exactly what happened between her and Martin that night – he did something to me (but she doesn’t want to know what right now) Traci’s so sorry to see her sister suffering. Ashley talks of her alters in the white room; Ash, the smart kid – Belle, the flirty one – Miss Abbott, who wanted to kill Tucker.
Tucker returns to his hotel suite and starts drinking.
