Where have you been all night? Traci scolds Ashley (who comes in to say that she was so tired last night she got a room at the club) She also saw Tucker, and told him he was right, she was wrong.
Tucker strolls over to Nate to ask why he’s here, at the club so often – is it for the food or Audra?
A nurse opens the door for Vikki and Cole – they enter to exchange a smile with Claire (who’s on her bed, playing cards with her new little friend, Nadia)
At the ranch, Victor asks Mike about having Claire released early from the psych ward.
Suspicious to hear that Victor wants Claire to come home to her family, Mike quickly guesses he wants to use her to entrap Jordan. What do Cole and Vikki think of this plot? Claire’s eager to help and Victor’s sure her parents will be OK with it – when it works.
After the nurse escorts Nadia out, Cole and Vikki comment on how relaxed Claire seems. She finds the young girl inspiring. Jordan didn’t allow her to play with other kids; she was coached all her life to hate the Newman family. Vikki and Cole’s phones go off. Mike wants to meet.
What changed your mind? Traci’s surprised to hear that Ashley’s friend in Paris is a psychologist.
No, Tucker’s not jealous of Nate – but perhaps you’ll convince Audra to drive a stake through my heart. On cue, Audra comes through the revolving door to see the men chatting.
Tucker likens Nate to an annoying fly one bats away at a BBQ. Nate claims that he’s most dangerous when underestimated. But, he’s just looking out for Audra’s best interests. Tucker will never let Nate come between him and Audra. As Nate exits, Audra asks what that was about – I don’t need protecting.
Ashley’s friend asked her some questions that made her realize that Tucker wasn’t as aggressive as she remembered. He’s a narcissist.
Victor explains his plan to Mike. He’ll let Jordan think she’s in charge and pretend to be vulnerable, then move in for the kill. Mike worries about Claire – she’s been traumatized enough. OK, he’ll make some calls.
Ashley’s friend gave her an objective opinion. Tucker had nothing to gain by lying. She created the scenario to cut ties with him. Traci’s glad to hear it – but why did you go to Tucker first?
Audra and Nate bicker at the revolving door. How can you put Tucker on a pedestal? Focus on your own life, stop worrying about mine, she snaps. You’re right, it’s none of my business, Nate leaves. Tucker joins Audra to say that guy’s fixated on you.
