Audra tells Tucker that Kyle asked her to switch to his side. She hasn’t fallen for Kyle – her loyalty is to Tucker. He’s glad to hear it. From the revolving door, Ashley frowns at the pair.

Seth doesn’t want Nikki to feel guilty – it’s his job to help. She’s been white-knuckling it, trying to go it alone. Her husband has been very supportive. He searched her desk; supposedly for a pen. Seth’s faltered numerous times. Nikki’s relieved to speak to someone who won’t judge her. Victor saved my life. Seth invites her to call him anytime – day or night. You don’t have to face this alone.

Adam accepts their Dad’s offer faster than Nick does. Victor asks them to come up with a proposal for folding their new acquisition into Newman. Adam leaves Nick to talk to Victor about a personal matter. He promises to try working with Adam; hopefully he doesn’t let you down again.

As Ashley takes a table by herself, Tucker’s reflecting on the scene he caused in Paris. He may have shattered a glass and accidentally pushed a chair over but flashes back to a much more subdued incident than what Ashley flashes back to. As she leaves, Tucker wastes no time following.

At the revolving door, Tucker asks Ashley if she’s afraid to be around him – even in public.

Nick and Adam are debating at CL’s about the new company Newman acquired. Nick apologizes and agrees to try work with Adam (who asks him to take the chip off his shoulder and try to get along)

As Nikki laments her two supportive friends passing away, Victor arrives at Society to meet Seth. He doesn’t expect any ‘missteps’ – right, darling?

Make your decision? Clock’s ticking, Kyle sends Audra a text that’s sure to get Tucker’s attention. Jack declares his foe a sociopath.

Seth leaves Victor to join Nikki and asks why he’s never heard of Seth. Nikki hasn’t felt the need to see her sponsor. Victor suspects she’s struggling more than she’s letting on.

Bouncing ideas off one another, Nick likes Adam’s ideas.

Jack warns Kyle that Tucker might be on to him. No, he’s rattled about losing Ashley and the scandal. Let ME handle this, Kyle insists.

One of us is wrong (about what happened in Paris) and it’s not me, Ashley leaves him to mull that over.
