At Society, Kyle tells his Mom that everything’s going according to their plan; Tucker entrusted him with details of his plan. He wants to siphon off Jabot’s profits and take someone down – either you or Billy.
At the house, Jack tells Billy that Diane and Kyle went out for breakfast – they’re up to something – maybe a coup, he jokes. This is hard to say but Billy’s leaving Jabot.
Vikki and Cole tell Nikki that the DNA results should be back soon. Mike joins them at the ranch. He brings news from Oregon that’s best relayed in person.
Why do you care if Kyle’s taking the fall? Tucker asks. No, not a word of the plan he told Kyle is true. He can see that Audra’s let ‘this kid’ get under her skin. She wants a guarantee she won’t be thrown under the bus too. We’re a team – Kyle’s future is with his family. Yours is with me, Tucker claims.
Kyle continues – Tucker wants him to pass along one of Jabot’s new products, Glacade will take it to market first – Diane or Billy take the fall. But, I’m really the one Tucker will frame, Kyle believes. Diane thinks it time they tell Jack.

Mike asked that Claire plead guilty and be remanded to Memorial’s psych ward. Nikki’s clearly concerned that she’ll reconnect with Jordan. Victor relays what Jordan left in her motel room and after Mike excuses himself to answer his phone, asks Nikki what’s wrong.
Billy confesses that he always wanted to be Jack but never felt he could live up to his standards. Now, he can be CW’s Jack, show the youngsters the ropes. Is that really how you see our relationship? Jack’s stunned.
As Cole and Vikki reminisce and wonder if Claire really is Eve, Victor promises Nikki that he won’t let Jordan come near their family ever again. She looks alarmed when Mike returns to confirm that Claire will be brought to GC.
Back at Society, Diane and Kyle agree are confident that Jack will go along with their plan. With Glacade set to be Tucker’s by the end of the day, he won’t stand a chance.
