Over tea, Diane’s surprised to hear that Ashley knew about the scandal/cover up. Billy wants to go public with it. That won’t stop Tucker, Ashley grabs her phone – she needs to speak to her brothers.
With that attitude, you’ll never see me coming, Tucker mocks Jack (who leaves after getting Ashley’s text)
Audra claims to be able to use Tucker. Kyle wonders just how close they were. Was it sexual? Would it bother you if it was? she asks.
Back on the patio, Chris finds it hard to believe that Danny’s still brainwashed after all this time – she doesn’t want to talk about Phyllis – or her problems. Finally, she confides that her relationship with Paul started to go badly after he retired. When she went back to Lisbon, things were fine at first – but there’s no hope for our marriage, Chris cries.
Kyle thought Audra was too strong to be seduced by Tucker. Maybe I seduced him, Audra suggests. She can control him – he’s a means to an end. Are you ready to go after the CEO chair you deserve?
Jack and Billy come home to greet Ashley (though she doesn’t them to rub her nose in it) We need to focus on stopping what Ashley believes is a planned attack.
He’s a hurt and desperate man, Jack and Billy aren’t sure Tucker’s a threat. Ashley and Diane don’t think they should underestimate him. He reached out to me a couple of times – Ashley can use that to their advantage. Jack doesn’t like where this is going.
Kyle kisses Audra – he’s completely in. He’s tired of being pushed aside – like Jabot isn’t his birthright. And now it’s time to kiss on the bed.
You did this to Vikki and me just to prove that Adam and Nate can’t be trusted? You have to tell Vikki – it’s cruel. You let me worry about you and now you want me to be your ally?! You’ve gotta be kidding me.
Nick and Nikki agree that Vikki would never put the company above their Dad’s health. You need to tell her the truth. Victor won’t budge – he needs to know who he can trust.
Chris and Paul decided to take a trip – to get to know one another again. To places they have good memories of. Danny thinks it sounds like a good plan. Except it backfired – the romantic memories made it obvious that there was no way back. She and Paul both saw it clearly. He pulled away – he’s not in love with me anymore.
There’s too many variables, Jack can’t let Ashley do this. It’s a good thing she doesn’t need his permission then.
Holding Chris’ hand across the table, Danny asks if she’s sure. Yes – and it almost brings her peace. What happens now? Chris will have to figure it out. You will, Danny now holds both her hands.
If Vic finds out on her own, she’ll never forgive you, Nick warns his Dad. Nikki looks like she agrees.
Kyle comes home to stun his family with the news that he was with Audra. Jack thinks he can do better. You know nothing about her. And Mom, you should know how it feels to be judged. Audra’s Tucker’s confidante, Ashley warns Kyle that they may be using him.
Tucker saw Kyle downstairs and can tell by the unmade bed that he was in Audra’s suite. He’s onboard – you didn’t doubt my ability to convince him? she mocks. What’s next? To see if they can trust him.
