At the house, Jack updates Billy that he found a listening device in Tucker’s bonsai tree. Hearing that Phyllis is the one who tipped Jack off, Billy’s immediately suspicious.
Daniel and Summer have brought their Mom to Society for dinner to celebrate her first day at Omegasphere. Joking about her young boss and low pay, Phyllis believes it’ll be smooth sailing from now on. On cue, Tucker arrives.
You look radiant tonight, Tucker greets Phyllis and the kids. Enjoy your meal, he goes to order a double from the bar. Ignoring his Mom’s order to ignore Tucker, Daniel goes to ask – why are you ‘glaring’ at Phyllis?
The Abbott brothers don’t see eye to eye on Phyllis. Reminding that she recently tried to frame him, Billy worries that she’s playing both sides. Jack didn’t pay Phyllis anything and is starting to believe that she really does want to redeem herself.
How are things between you and your father? Audra asks Kyle whether he’ll be replacing Billy at Jabot. No and he’s pretty pissed off. Now, what’s this risky proposition you keep teasing? Audra’s no tease ~kiss~

Tucker’s so moved that Phyllis’ kids have forgiven her, he wants to pick up their dinner tab. When Daniel reports back to his Mom and sister, Phyllis makes them suspicious when she insists they relax and let it go.
Phyllis insists she’s square with Tucker – I’m NOT like him – at all. Let’s go elsewhere, she asks a waiter for the check. Mr McCall’s taken care of it already. Forced to go thank Tucker, Phyllis loudly does so – and calls him a bottom-feeder.
While Jack’s grateful for Phyllis’ info, Billy wonders what Tucker’s holding over her. Her lies will catch up with her – they always do.
