Phyllis is frustrated – I’m trying to be a better person! And why are you going after Billy!? Tucker’s using him to achieve his final objective. Now, get back to work – tick tock, tick tock. No, I’m not doing it! Phyllis refuses.

Did you think I just wanted a little peek at Billy’s finances? Tucker reminds Phyllis that he’s embezzled before – why do you care? It’s just a matter of time before he does something like this again anyway. He’d throw you under the bus, Tucker adds. Now comes a warning – you don’t want to piss me off. When Phyllis reluctantly gets back on her laptop, Tucker breathes down her neck and blathers on. Phyllis hits a firewall – I can’t get around it.

Jack’s been worried about Billy. He respects his little brother. Billy informs Jack that Adam has the dirt on Tucker. You should be the one to negotiate with him.

Yes, Sally choosing him over Nick IS what Adam wants. He drags her down memory lane; remember Tuscany? We had a good time, we loved each other – but we’ve changed, Sally can’t keep doing this – your truth is too much for me. Adam doesn’t want to pressure her – he’s glad they can talk again. Marching over to the revolving door, he looks back with intensity. Sally sighs and turns away.

Adam came to think of me as a father figure and I’m Connor’s Godfather. Jack still doesn’t completely trust Adam. Wanting to protect the company for the future generation, he’ll go to see Adam. The brothers shake hands.

Phyllis interrupts Tucker’s ranting to announce ‘it’s done’ and gets up. Taking her seat, Tucker eagerly snoops through Billy’s bank account. Now, he wants Phyllis to hack into Jabot.

Coming down the club’s staircase, Phyllis runs into Billy. Asking how the venture with Nick and Sharon’s going, he’s confident she’ll land on her feet – you’re resourceful. Tucker comes down to exchange a quick ‘hey’ with Billy. Phyllis looks traumatized as she exits..

Finding flowers in her suite, Sally reads the card – Hate that I’m so far away – home soon,”Love, Nick”. Oh Nick, she sighs – then flashes back to Adam kissing her last night.

In the jazz lounge, Adam gets a call from Jack. No, he’s not surprised that Billy called in the big guns. Sure, let’s meet and see if we can come up with a mutually beneficial agreement ~click~

My Thoughts: When saying ‘let’s meet’, shouldn’t Adam have told Jack where exactly where and when this meeting is to take place? …. Despite how easy Phyllis makes it look, being a web designer doesn’t make one a hacker…. Of course, Tucker’s PR company shouldn’t have delayed the rapey singer being brought to justice but it’s hardly a scandal that would ruin Tucker’s career (since he doesn’t really have a career) …. If Jack wants Kyle back at Jabot but doesn’t want to fire Billy, why not just add another co-CEO. If there can be two, there can be three. Hell, make it four; Diane can be a co-CEO too. It seems like a pretty easy job…. Why is everyone, EVERYONE staying at the GCAC? Who even owns it now? Has everyone, including Lily, forgotten that she bought The Grand Phoenix? ….. Did the show just hire someone straight out of film school, who majored in Flashback Creation 101? It was cool the first time, maybe the second – but come ON. It’s not that cutting edge of an affect.
