Jack flashes back to Tucker warning him not to trust Billy – then Billy being angry that Jack implied he wasn’t to be trusted. Diane joins him to gripe about Phyllis refusing to help her get Kyle and Summer back together. Jack also thinks they should stay out of it.
Tucker tells Phyllis that he wants her to hack into Billy’s personal finances. She wants to know what she’s getting into.
Over coffee at Society’s bar, Billy confirms that he summoned Devon to discuss Tucker. Your father’s out of control again.
Billy tells Devon that Tucker went ballistic when Ashley decided not to walk away from Jabot. He and Jack think Tucker’s coming after Jabot. Devon wonders why Billy’s sharing his thoughts with him.
Reminding Phyllis that the insurance company will be coming after her for compensation, Tucker supposes he can find another tech genius.

Agreeing to hack into Billy’s fiances, Phyllis will go to Tucker’s suite in an hour. She wants half the money upfront, the rest when she hacks into Billy’s account – then she’s out.
Victor can’t divulge who the new investor is but is sure they will reveal their identity when the paperwork’s done.
