Jack and Billy enter the boardroom agreeing that they have to make a move against Tucker.
Lily’s summoned Devon to his old apartment to inform him that Victor (who became a private investor to stop CW from going public) now wants out, so had sold his stake to an unknown third party.
In the club’s dining room, Diane ignores Phyllis’ request to be left alone and insists they work together to reconnect Kyle and Summer (since the divorce is her fault)
Walking into CL’s, Summer flashes back to her and Kyle exchanging apologies before joining him for a friendly chat. Wait – is this us calling a truce? she asks.
Kyle and Summer agree to get along for Harrison’s sake. You’ll always be his Mom, she’s relieved to hear.
Diane mocks Phyllis for not wanting to meddle in Summer and Kyle’s business. She’s not surprised when Tucker strolls over. You two deserve each other, she snaps before clip-clopping out.
Billy pressures Jack to tell Devon that his Dad’s a con artist – he sure as hell hope it drives a wedge and causes him to leave town. Devon already lost Neil, Jack refuses to drag him into their fight.
Refusing to be bullied by a persistent Billy, Jack orders him to drop it and heads off to a meeting. Clearly annoyed, Billy texts Devon – we need to talk.
Since Jill doesn’t know anything, Lily will go to Victor for answers. Getting a text from Billy, Devon assumes it’s about Tucker and hopes they can figure out what happened with Ashley.
Wanting to know what company she’d be hacking into, Phyllis guesses it’s Jabot. Close, Tucker replies.
