Running into Adam at CL’s, Sally asks why he came by her suite last night. He thought she was ignoring him at the door – but opened it when Nick came.
Sally was in bed – she wasn’t avoiding Adam. They have a civil conversation about losing Ava, Adam’s temper and his partnering up with Sharon and Nick (who will keep him on the straight and narrow)
When things get tense between Billy and Jack (about whether Billy will remain loyal) Diane referees – the last thing she wants is for her idea to drive another wedge between the Abbott family.
Nate’s barely sat down in the ‘big chair’ when Nick and his attitude arrive.

At CL’s, Adam grills Sally – are she and Nick in love? Has he said those words? Sorry – he’s just grateful that Sally’s talking to him again and secretly pleased when she asks his advice on Victor’s job offer.
Diane tries to distract Jack by talking about Harrison. He takes no joy in deceiving Ashley and hates the affect it’s having on Diane. I love you so much ~kiss~ In fact, Jack has an idea.
Adam suspects Victor wants to keep Sally close to keep an eye on her. Nick thinks the same thing, she comments. Nick arrives to ask what’s going on? Adam’s here to meet him and Sharon. Sally announces that she will take Victor up on his offer.
At the GCAC, Nate ends a call with Vikki. Billy couldn’t help but overhear. He admires his ability to combine business with pleasure, You did same thing with Lily, Nate thinks Billy’s just jealous. Vikki’s a remarkable woman. Billy will always look out for the mother of his children. Anyone who thinks she needs coddling doesn’t know her at all, Nate smirks.
Audra drops by Nate’s office as he’s being all business-y on the phone. She’s impressed. Nick came by, he’s bitter, Nate adds that Victor made it clear a non-Newman will never be CEO there. Audra thinks the next step is for Nate to take his relationship with Vikki to the next level.
Nick respects Sally’s decision. Yes, she asked Adam for his opinion – you two are more alike than you think. This could be great for Sally’s career and a personal challenge.
Jack doesn’t want to wait to marry Diane – let’s go to the justice of the peace right now. Let’s show the whole world how in love we are. ~kiss~
