Back at Jabot, the debate continues. Billy and Diane want to consider her walking away. Jack won’t budge one inch. This’ll get ugly, Billy warns on his way out. That leaves Diane to thank Jack for his support. We’ll find a way to deal with Ashley – but, right now, Jack decides it’s time to go home and make up for lost time.

Since their case hinges on Carson’s testimony, Heather agrees it’s important to keep him safe. Phyllis needs to string Tucker along – make him think Jack’s forgiving her. Heather thinks it best to fast track the trial – deactivate Tucker’s threat – and Phyllis is to make amends.

Tucker loves me and I love him, Ashley hopes Abby and Devon can be happy for them. After Tucker vows never to hurt Ashley again, Abby blurts out – you have our blessing. Let Devon and me throw your wedding here, at the house.

Over drinks at home, Diane and Jack agree not to talk about Ashley – so discuss Phyllis instead. Some EMT, with a guilty conscience showed up to back her story. She may beat these charges. Everything works out just fine for Phyllis, Jack shakes his head.

Yes, Diane has had an encounter with Phyllis – she was with Tucker of all people. She seemed remorseful but who knows if she’s sincere. Jack’s sure Phyllis will be too busy mending fences with Summer and Daniel to bother with us. As for Summer and Kyle, where there’s love, there’s room for forgiveness ~hug~

Phyllis WILL make things right with her kids. If she gets the chance, but changes will be coming. Wouldn’t that be something, Billy strolls over to say.

Abby’s noticed the way Tucker and Ashley look at each other – it’s love. Yes, she and Devon will support their respective parents by throwing their wedding. Cheers.

Now alone, Devon seems a bit ‘doubtful’ – no, he’s just learned to go with the flow when it comes to Tucker. He also noticed the way his Dad and Ashley looked at one another. We’re throwing a wedding ~hug~

Greeting Heather and wishing Phyllis good luck with her case, Billy moseys on. Heather will get to work on Carson – we need to act fast. After Phyllis thanks her, Heather hurries out. Having watched, Tucker follows her through the revolving door.

Billy returns to Phyllis’ table – mind if I join you? He agrees – she’s hurt a lot of people. He has something to share – it’s about Summer.

When Ashley comes home to bicker with Jack, Diane stands to say that she’s out and walking away from Jabot. If I’m the really reason Ashley and Tucker are doing all this, they’ll back off – unless I’m just a convenient excuse.

Jack refuses to give in to Ashley’s extortion. He’ll sign over her part of Jabot. You’d give a large part of Jabot away for Diane? Ashley finds it disgusting. Jack’s caving, she informs when Tucker comes along to ask what’s going on. Diane won’t let Jack throw it all away for her – I’m out.

Snuggling on the couch, Devon and Abby realize that they haven’t talked about marriage. Maybe we should. Abby loves that idea ~kiss~

Billy’s news about Summer is good – she handled herself really well – she’s quite a woman. You should be proud. Phyllis is – she vows to be the person her family can love and respect. Billy hopes so. Heather speedwalks in – needing to talk to Phyllis privately – Carson’s disappeared.
