Phyllis is surprised to find Nick day-drinking at the Glam Club. Neither are in the ‘office frame of mind- and Phyllis needs to talk.
Diane explains that Kyle gave her permission to stay at the house to see Harrison when he wakes up. Jack doesn’t want to talk to her right now (he has work to do)
At Jabot, Summer confirms that her Mother doesn’t know about Jeremy Stark – but she still intends to go after Diane. Kyle confronted his Mom about her lies – she confirmed everything Jack told him – and made excuses. What do you want to do? Summer asks.
Phyllis asks Nick if she’s destructive. A bad person? Are you and Summer OK? he asks. Phyllis isn’t sure – but I’m not the bad guy. It’s starting to get to me, she’s near tears.
Back in Jack’s office, Kyle softened his stance towards his Mother – she just wanted to find a way to come back home, to her son. Summer points out that Diane didn’t tell them any of this until she had to. Summer isn’t sure they can run the risk of trusting her again.
Harrison comes downstairs to tell DD that he doesn’t feel good. Putting her hand on his forehead, Diane’s concerned – you’re burning up with fever.
Ashley calls Tucker a malcontent – she wishes she didn’t think about him, but she does. Tucker’s suspicious – do you plan to use my feelings for you to see if I have an agenda? If you’ve got nothing to hide, what do you care? You’re offering me a chance to come clean; to tell you everything that went down in LA. Yes. Challenge accepted – Tucker and Ashley clink glasses and drink.
