Thinking Harrison’s in bed for the night, the honeymooners are about to make out when he appears. Looks like it’s nap time for all three.
Still moping in the park, Chelsea looks up to see Johnny. How are you? she asks. Vikki catches up to demand to know ‘what’s going on here’?
Finding his Mom in Vikki’s office, Nick badgers her to weigh in on Vikki’s decision to fire Sally. When Nikki would rather comment on his relationship with Sally, Nick’s not pleased that Vikki tattled. It’s none of her business.
Seated at her desk one last time, Sally laughs. Next thing you know, she’s drinking at Society and leaving a message for Chloe (to say they’re fired) Arriving in time to eavesdrop, Phyllis sashays over to gloat. Problems at Newman Media? That’s too bad.
Can we live here? Harrison chirps. Laughing, Summer and Kyle explain why they can’t. When they kiss, Harrison groans.
Waiting for her takeout, Phyllis joins Sally to harass her. I’m not surprised you’re in trouble.
Lecturing Nick, Nikki doesn’t understand why he and Adam always have to fight over a woman. Did you think this would give Adam a reason to resent you? Or did you think it would and just not care?
No, Chelsea didn’t plan to run into Johnny at the park – she just happened to be here. Without a further word to Chelsea, Johnny goes to CL’s. Vikki will be there soon – keep your phone on; she just needs to have a word with Chelsea.
Nick doesn’t care how Adam feels. Sally and Chloe worked hard and don’t deserve to be fired. Nikki knows she’s upset but don’t worry about Sally, she’s a survivor. She’ll land on her feet.
You only got the job because of Adam, Phyllis is ‘stating the facts’. That blew up in your face. You have nobody but yourself to blame for being here sitting alone. Sally’s a class act so know when to walk away (which she then does)
Vikki knows Chelsea didn’t plan to ambush Johnny and she’ll always be grateful to her. That said, Johnny’s choice has been made clear. She and Billy will respect their son’s wishes and Chelsea should too. If you see him, don’t approach, just walk away. Understood? Chelsea nods. Glad they’re all on the same page, Vikki leaves Chelsea looking even more depressed (if that’s possible)
