Sharon has a lot of people to call. Poor Connor. He loved Rey. Everybody loved Rey, Faith adds. Nick called Adam, he’ll tell Connor.

Adam kept Connor out of school so he and Chelsea could be the ones to tell Connor. It’s going to be very hard on him.

Unswayed by Ashland’s declaration of undying love for Vikki, Victor orders him out of town. You’re responsible for her being on the road and Rey’s death! Keep your end of the deal or there’ll be hell to pay, he leaves.

Sharon won’t hear of Mariah and Tessa postponing their wedding.

Rey wouldn’t want you to delay your big day, Sharon’s adamant. She then updates that Celeste wants Rey to be laid to rest in Miami.

When Ashland calls, Vikki dismisses her Mom with ‘I have to take this’. What do you want? she snarls into the phone.

Chelsea’s left alone to cry over her memories of Rey.

Since Vikki was discharged from the hospital before he was, Ashland just wanted to check on her. She’s fine; his injuries are minor. Ashland also absolves Vikki of guilt. He’ll be leaving town soon. I’m sorry, for everything. I have to go, Vikki hangs up when her Father walks into the office.

Sharon understands that Celeste feels that Miami is Rey’s home. Noah understands too – if it were one of us kids, Mom would move heaven and earth to bring us home. You don’t have to decide right now, Nick points out.

Adam returns to Chelsea’s suite with Connor (again in his hockey jersey) Devastated to hear that Rey died last night, he blames himself and feels bad for his Mom – you and Rey became good friends ~hug~

Vikki can’t rest – Newman Locke is on her shoulders; she must catch up. When Victor floats the idea of Adam running things until she recovers, Vikki replies – absolutely not!

With a hug for his Mom, Connor leaves with Adam. Chelsea’s left to rip up the hockey tickets and sob.

After telling some stories about Rey, Sharon must go to the morgue. Nick will drive her. All watch as she sniffs Rey’s jacket. I’m fine, she insists yet again. Mariah recites words her Mom’s told her – let your emotions out – we’re strong enough to handle your grief. All echo the sentiment. Sharon fears if she lets go, she may never recover.
