Nick surprises Sharon by coming home with flowers. The drama’s over – we can move on with our lives and plan our wedding. What about finding JT? Sharon’s confused – he wants revenge; anything could happen tonight. Nick doesn’t care what happens outside that door – our new life happens right here, right now ~kiss~
You have your answer – no Chancellor, no Chancellor Industries, Jill hands the results over to Jack (who’s disappointed; Dina was so certain) On cue, Dina appears to ask Jill who she is. An old friend who can’t stay for tea. Shown the door, Jill tells Jack that she’s sorry but suggests he focus on his Mom.
Where is she!? Phyllis asks when Billy comes out into the hallway. Barging into the suite, she’s neither relieved or impressed to find that she ‘busted’ a poker game. And what does Summer have to do with it? I was winning, Billy whines as he quickly cashes out and follows Phyllis out the door.
What’s wrong Jackie? Dina looks crestfallen. He was wrong about something and needs a bit of time, that’s all. Heading upstairs, Dina greets Ashley – your hair’s all messed up, what were you doing? she asks (knowingly) Ashley’s sorry to hear Jack’s news but he really doesn’t need a ‘next move’.
Mariah and Tessa munch popcorn and chat through the old Godzilla movie. We should hang out more – their friendship means a lot to Tessa. Me too, Mariah admits that everything’s better when they’re together. Tessa steps aside to take a call – did you get the money??? Arriving with Billy on her tail, Phyllis whirls around to loudly hiss; I thought you were cheating on me!
As Nick and Sharon are discussing a beach wedding, Victor arrives. Did you see JT!? Sharon asks as she answers the door. Nick will fill you in – looks like he hasn’t yet, Victor leaves Sharon to ask Nick – what have you done???
I need more popcorn, Mariah says. No, not for you guys – for the movie, she stammers at Phyllis. Movie over, Tessa grabs Mariah’s hand and whisks her off. Billy’s left to hear that Phyllis hired a PI (and isn’t happy about it) He won enough money to buy back his boat. You lost your boat!? Phyllis is furious – you’d still be playing (and maybe losing) if I hadn’t come. How did this start? Phyllis is even more angry to hear that Summer’s involved (you’re trying to blame her?!) After Phyllis storms off, Jill comes over to try get Billy to forget her and go back to Vikki. Phyllis and I are fine, Billy insists.
Why would Victor think you know something about his meeting with JT? Sharon asks. It was never JT – it was me, Nick fesses up. I used his credit cards. I met with Dad. It’s over. You should have seen his face. I leaked the files. I exposed Dad’s health issues. It was me you saw outside the window. Nick explains that he did it to get Christian. Dad didn’t think I was capable of something like this. Now, he knows better.
