Abby confides in Phyllis about her mother’s antics. Meanwhile, Summer joins Kyle on the balcony sulking about his father dropping the lawsuit. Kyle feels shunned from all angles: two companies, three families and now he’s lost his chance at C.O.O. The only solution he can think of is to dig up Phillip himself.
Billy gets texts from both Jack and Traci, encouraging him to hire Ashley back. Ashley leaves it up to Billy.. either you offer me the position or the media will be dealing with another family feud. If Billy refuses to offer her the position, it will come to a board vote. Billy is skeptical that he could win but Phyllis reminds him how important it is to take risks. The two work on talking to board members for the remainder of the night.
Sharon attributes Nikki’s recent conflicts to the stress they’ve all been under.
Kyle escapes the party, drinking to repress how he may be feeling about digging up Phillip’s grave.
Billy tries to contact Kyle, but instead gets word from Lauren that she will not support him in the vote. With that, Billy has no choice but to offer Ashley back the position of C.O.O.
Kyle gets down to the coffin.
Nikki expresses how hard it is to face Victor everyday. Although she defends her actions, she feels incredibly guilty for the pain she has caused Victor through everything. Sharon reminds her that everyone gets involved in things they don’t want to be involved in, and that Nikki is not as bad as she has convinced herself she is. Outside, the two hear rustling. When they peek outside the curtain, they see J.T in a hooded sweater. In fear, they both shriek. J.T is alive!
