Chelsea scolds Nick for lying – about meeting with Phyllis no less. Nick went to tell his ex to stop meddling in his life and now his other ex (Sharon) is doing it too. Why did Nick go to Phyllis? Because of this, Nick shows Chelsea the Valentine’s card. He wanted to write more than her name but fears he’s being played. Look me in the eye and tell me Phyllis is wrong. If you can’t see what’s in my heart, we shouldn’t be together, Chelsea looks deeply hurt.
You think Victor found out where Chelsea was hiding the money and gave it to me? Lauren hisses. Yes, Phyllis just needs to match the serial numbers. But if they don’t match we’ll be starting a police investigation, Victor will be pissed and I’ll lose all that money, Lauren points out. Phyllis pulls out her phone to call JT – you still have contacts at the GCPD? Good, I need a favour.
Ashley thanks Billy for lunch and for escorting her back downstairs. After the sweet deal she closed today, Ashley feels she’s on course to make NE’s cosmetics division the envy of the industry. Jack will be sorry he ever screwed with me.
Vikki joins Jack at the Top of the Tower bar for a drink. Knowing they want the same thing; Ashley back at Jabot, she suggests they team up.

My Thoughts: Why aren’t Lauren and Phyllis ever at Fenmore’s? They don’t work at Jabot and neither of them have an office there. If Lauren’s so worried about her bricks and mortar stores maybe she should spend some time there .. Did Phyllis really think Lauren was going to hand over 250K to hang on to for a bit? Why didn’t she drive immediately to the bank to deposit it? And why does Phyllis need 10K? Wouldn’t just a few bills be enough? … If only there was another restaurant Jack could take Helen to for lunch instead of making his arch enemy richer. Why doesn’t Top of the Tower have any (or more) windows? You’d think the view would be impressive. The place is so dimly lit in the middle of the day… Helen’s a brilliant chemist but can’t detect Ashley’s obvious sarcasm? … Poor Gloria. Looks like your former stepson’s just not that into you …. Please spare us (and an innocent baby) from Hilary getting pregnant. I’m guessing Devon will be the ‘donor’ and Hilary will get pregnant the old fashioned way …. How many music segments will Mariah be doing on the Hilary Hour? It seems that Devon can only sign one artist at a time. Does GC Buzz have any other programs beside the Hilary Hour?
