Coming through the revolving door, Juliet boasts to Hilary that she had dinner with Cane at the estate. Enjoy it while it lasts, Hilary snaps – then wonders why Cane was ‘down’. Therapy didn’t go well, Juliet wonders who’s shoulder Lily leaned on. Hilary tells Juliet that Cane has no interest in her, just the baby. When Juliet doubles over in pain, Hilary reluctantly agrees to drive her to GCM.
Now home, Billy’s frustrated that there’s no food at the apartment – let’s go back to the club to eat. Knowing what he’s up to. Phyllis won’t let Billy check on Jack – you’re all mine tonight ~kiss~
Jack assures Vikki that Hilary’s just a friend – then hints that BnS did something underhanded to get their recent spike in sales. But soon, Jabot will leave BnS standing still, he’s sure – and after that… After that, what? Vikki leans over the table, interested.
Scott comes over to meet Herv, congratulate Tessa with a hug – and whisper in her ear that Natalia knows her sister. As Scott distracts Herv, Tessa excuses herself to the ladies room. She and Sharon take Natalie into Nick’s office to show her a photo of Crystal (who she denies knowing) Help me find my sister, Tessa pleads through tears.
When Ester comes down to get a drink for Bella, Kevin tells Cane that he brought his daughter to town to visit her grandmother (and conduct some business) Taking another jab at Cane, Ester leaves him to tell Kevin that he won’t abandon an innocent child.
In a hospital room, Juliet asks Hilary to call Cane. I need him! she yelps when Hilary hesitates. Walking into the hallway, Hilary continues to hesitate. She clearly has no desire to call Cane.
Back in Nick’s office, Natalia doesn’t have much info for Sharon and Tessa (Crystal was in GC but then got taken away) I must get back to my date. Tessa gives Natalia her number – call me if you remember anything. I liked Crystal, very much, Natalia leaves Sharon to hug Tessa (who tearfully says they might have a lead) When Natalia returns, Herv gives Scott his card (to finish their interview) Devon’s disappointed he didn’t get to talk details with Herv but will email him. When Tessa comes back, Noah chides her for missing an opportunity and after Mariah and Devon leave, she tells him that the evening turned out better than she’d hoped.
Vikki finds Jack’s vagueness and confidence rattled. He leaves her with this little nugget – Jabot knows when the competition has the edge and what we need to do to get back on top.
After PB&J sandwiches, Phyllis goes to take a bath so that Billy can take Vikki’s call. She informs that Jack hinted at something big Jabot has in the works. We must find out what. Hearing the water running upstairs, Billy opens Phyllis’ laptop.
At the club, Mariah’s distracted checking her phone (Tessa had something important to tell her) Devon could tell she was really into Tessa’s performance – you’re a good friend. How about coming back to my place? It’s been a while ~kiss~ Mariah can fix that.
