At Sharon’s, Noah gives Tessa some coaching. After Mariah leaves to meet Devon at the club, Noah confesses that he wanted to spend some alone time with Tessa.
Chelsea arrives at CL’s to see Nick remark about seeing Scott everywhere; NE, CL’s. Your point? Scott asks. Chelsea comes to the rescue to lead Nick out. Does your ex have a problem with me or any new man in your life? Scott’s left to ask Sharon.
Sharon explains that she and Nick were high-school sweethearts. We’ve been through some tough times but will always share a bond. The Newman family dynamic is complicated – Nick will relax when he gets to know you. Scott’s not convinced.
On the rooftop, Chelsea’s serious talk ends when Nick goes to get some suntan lotion.
Jordan’s followed Hilary to the bar – he’s not saying goodbye – he’s saying her hate for Lily is weird. He doesn’t want to have to choose between his friend and the woman of his dreams. Jordan wants to see where this goes. Hilary’s answer is to order two drinks; one for me. One for my man.
Sending Neil to get some chairs, Devon approaches Jordan and Hilary (who sashays off) Jordan updates Devon that he and Hilary talked things out – thanks for your concern. Devon’s left alone to look annoyed.
Dr Harris comes home with hot dogs and sparklers for after it gets dark. Kevin has to head back to GC – before people start asking questions. He also needs to bring Bella back. Chloe appeals to Dr H – Kevin can be trusted – we need to be a family.
Kevin went along with this because he loves Chloe – he can’t leave without her. She’s only safe here, but Dr Harris agrees that a child should be with it’s parent. Kevin can leave. Dr Harris opens the safe but only gives Kevin his wallet. Left alone to say goodbye, Kevin tells Chloe to play along – he’ll be back soon ~kiss~
