Lily’s about Cane’s reputation – Hilary did this to them once before. He’d never use his position for sex. Anyone who says so is a liar. He’s not answering his texts, she adds. Vikki leaves asking Lily to have Cane call her to discuss things.

Cane can’t lose his family over this. Juliet’s issue is with BnS. Yes, but it affects ME, Cane reminds that he was her biggest champion. Billy should have been fired. Juliet doesn’t think it fair that she was blamed for someone else’s mistake. Cane agrees – but this isn’t the answer. We’ll both lost. Juliet will tell the truth about what happened between us – will you?

Abby’s pleased to be seated at the best table in the club – did Zack pull strings? She’s impressed. It’s tricky dating someone you work for, Zack says. It’s just a test of the platform, Abby reminds. Aren’t all first dates test dates? Zack says as they both laugh.

Mariah thinks it unfair to have a Mom so gorgeous (as Sharon puts on her makeup) Yes, Sharon was a mess after Dylan left. Going back to school helped. And the crisis line. OK, Scott may have helped a bit, she admits. Mariah answers the door and leaves for the night. Play nice, she leaves Sharon and Scott to beam at one another.

What happened in Tokyo wasn’t sexual harassment. Cane was too drunk to coerce Juliet into sex. It was a consensual mistake. You said it meant nothing. Yes, but the minute I was fired, my ‘champion’ tried to send me back to Japan to continue to play perfect husband. Cane warns Juliet of how powerful Vikki Newman is – you’re going to lose.

Vikki’s at Underground in need of friendly faces (such as Chelsea and Nick) after another day of misery. She looks over to see Phyllis and Billy blissfully dancing. That’s on par for the rest of the day, she sighs.

Scott pours from the bottle of wine he brought – he bets Sharon’s good in the kitchen. He admires her place – it’s uhhh…. comfortable, welcoming, personal. Sharon imagines it (and she) are a change from what he’s used to. He likes that she has roots, friends, family. They’re about to kiss when the oven timer goes off.

Mariah’s with Devon at Underground – she wants her Mom to be happy. Scott better treat her well. Devon’s surprised to hear Mariah sound romantic – what happened? You happened ~kiss~ tell anyone and I’ll kick your butt. When Tessa (and Noah) join them, all are happy when Tessa agrees to sign on with Devon.

Phyllis breaks away from dancing with Billy when seeing Vikki. Let’s go see if there’s any news and then go home. Vikki updates that there’s no news – she didn’t mean to interrupt their evening. Enjoy your night, she tells them politely. It’s a double, Chelsea puts a glass in front of her. It’s a start, Vikki takes a drink.

Cane asks Juliet to think this through – Vikki will come after you – spread dirt. No, Juliet didn’t deserve what happened but neither do Lily and Cane’s kids. This risks your future and mine. Without further word, Juliet calls Leslie – we need to meet. Things have changed.

Coming home to a very worried Lily, Cane updates her that Juliet’s dropping the suit – it’s not going to trial. Lily’s horrified to hear Cane went to see Juliet – she told you not to. But it worked, Cane concludes.
