Still at the office, Abby doubts her Mom will ever forgive Dina for leaving. Victor claims to wake up every morning thinking about his family. You aren’t like Dina, Abby gushes about what a great boss/Father she has – who forgives her mistakes. Ah yes, the incubator project, Victor thinks it a hell of an idea (but that doesn’t mean she should go ahead without his approval)

Back at Jabot, Jack and Ashley discuss Graham manipulating Dina. She’s no longer alone, she has us now, Jack leaves Ashley to look dubious.

Hilary has no doubts about Juliet’s credibility – she was pressured into sex with Cane, moved from Tokyo for a job at BnS then was fired. Off to see the judge, Leslie will do what she can. Hilary’s grinning when Phyllis appears – what’s got you so happy?

Vikki warns Cane from going to talk to Juliet. She can’t twist everything, he doesn’t understand why she’d do this. Vikki doesn’t want any surprises and hopes Cane told Mike everything. She knows he’s not the kind of man to do what he’s accused of. And as she puts a hand on his shoulder, Billy arrives.

Sitting at Hilary’s table, Phyllis doesn’t care that Vikki found her in LA – she and Billy are living together now. Congratulations, good for you, Hilary got something positive out of LA too (her interview with Julie Chen) Asking if Phyllis knows anything about Juliet’s complaint, Hilary warns her not to write it off as ‘bogus’.

Vikki’s nowhere in sight when Billy comes into the office to needle Cane (things happen when you’re drunk) Cane won’t be blamed for something he didn’t do! Grabbing his jacket, he marches out.

Lily tells her Dad that Cane never hid how impressed he was with Juliet. And he didn’t have anything to do with Vikki offering her that second job. This is like Hilary taking fake photos of her and Cane. Advising Lily to trust in her husband and herself, Neil gives her a hug.

As Dina sips a martini at the club’s bar, Graham warns that being around negativity (her family) isn’t good for her. Jack and Abby want me here – and Dina thinks Ashley cares too. These self-centered people don’t have your best interests at heart. On cue, Jack hopes he’s not interrupting.

Chloe and Dr Harris debate whether she’ll be safe from Victor – and there’s her health to consider. OK, but Chloe won’t stay unless Kevin can too. Now I have to call Victor, Dr Harris frets as he grabs his phone – this wasn’t the plan. Chloe has a new plan (and pulls the gun out)

Chloe’s just making a point as to why Kevin should stay – I’m not well. Kevin comes in – whoa. He nixes Chloe’s plan – he and Bella can’t live here like prisoners. We have to go, now. Dr Harris then agrees that Kevin should stay – it’s best for Chloe.

Ravi’s now in Jack’s office to hear Ashley whine about her Mother and mull over what Graham’s up to. He encourages Ashley to follow her instincts. Opening his laptop, he suggests they see what they can find out about this Graham.

Of course (Graham excuses himself so Jack can speak privately with his Mother) They chat about how wonderful Abby is. Dina knows Jack has her best interests at heart – as does Graham. Jack tries to talk her into moving back ‘home’.

Vikki tells Billy he can go home for the evening – she’s just waiting to hear back from Mike. Announcing that he missed the meeting because he moved in with Phyllis, Billy’s instructed to give payroll his new address. He hopes this doesn’t change things and still plans to spend as much time with the kids. They, this place and Vikki mean a lot to Billy – and he’s sorry Vikki’s going through this lawsuit because of him.

In the Judge’s chambers, Mike reads BnS’s response to Juliet’s accusation – explaining that Cane had no job to offer (Vikki hired him for a marketing position) Juliet was a contractor, not Cane’s subordinate nor an employee of BnS. Dismiss this lawsuit with prejudice, Mike requests – as Leslie remains silent.

Back at the club, Hilary’s more than happy to tell Phyllis about Juliet’s claim against Cane. People make mistakes, Hilary claims not to be on either side but clearly is. She then throws Phyllis off balance with disingenuous empathy for Lily (saying how terrible it would be if she found out her husband WAS that kind of man)

Neil leaves as soon as Cane gets home to update Lily that Mike’s appealing to the Judge right now. With a hug, Lily hopes the case is dropped so they can go on like it never happened.
