Mentioning her separation from Devon, a flirtatious Hilary tells Jorday that she wants the photoshoot to be sexy but classy. Mariah hates to interrupt .. Admiring the ‘transformation’ Jordan leaves Mariah to tell Hilary that everyone knows she kissed Devon the other day.
When Abby joins his table at the club, Neil can tell she’s got something on her mind. She does – her business lunch canceled and she doesn’t want to go back to NE to disappoint her Father. Neil brings a smile to Abby’s face by saying that Victor finally found the right Newman to inherit his throne.
Having taken the ill-fitting gown off, Phyllis declares that the bond between Ravi and Ashley is strictly friendship. Find someone younger. If Ashley wanted a ‘nice guy’ she’d have found him by now. Let it go. Getting a call from Ashley seems to give Ravi hope that Phyllis (and Abby) are wrong.
Mariah heard that the kiss was steamy. Hilary agrees the kiss was amazing but there’s been nothing since – mixed signals. Devon was just jealous of Jordan. She’s moving on. Let’s go show the world what Devon’s missing (Hilary makes a beeline for Jordan)
Abby appreciates Neil’s perspective on NE. Yes, he ran the company for a while but had to leave once he realized it would inevitably go to a Newman. Abby would love to lure Neil back but will settle for informal advice. Follow your instincts, Neil knows it will pay off.
As Devon watches the shoot, Mariah basically blends into the wall as Hilary turns up the sex appeal, then puts a hand on Jordan’s arm to say the shots look amazing. Hilary looks particularly hot, Jordan comments as he shows Devon – would it be a problem if I asked her out on a date? Shaking his hand, Devon gives Jordan the OK (but is left not looking OK)
Home to see Cane off, Lily’s asked to be patient with Collin. She doesn’t want him around – how long before he leaves? And how did he find the money to pay Jill back? Cane only knows that it’s legal. Lily doesn’t believe it.
Letting Collin in, Jill hopes he got her ring back. On bended knee, Collin offers up a small box. Too soon? he quips when Jill snatches it from his hand.
