At Hank’s, Travis is on the phone whining about having to close down if he doesn’t get his inventory. Luca’s PI is listening and on the phone with Luca – the guy has money problems. I want details, Luca instructs ~click~ When Summer comes out, Luca claims he’s working on the rig incident – we should have safety checks on ‘our’ rigs and wells. I mean your family’s rigs and wells. About that – Summer has a proposal.
Summer’s proposal is that Luca move in with her. It doesn’t matter that her family won’t approve. At least Aunt Vikki is coming around – she knows what you’re capable of. Soon, everyone else will too. Yes, Luca will move in ~kiss~
Billy slept with a waitress that used to work for him. It’s not a relationship. Vikki doesn’t want to know and won’t say who she’s sleeping with. Yeah, we WERE in a good place – now we’re NOT!
At the bar, Jill knows Billy’s a catch but it’s a waste of time – he’ll just use you and throw you away. Bethany storms off – it’s time for my break. I hope!
At the revolving door, Nikki offers Neil support if he needs it. Neil’s doing fine – if he were an ‘active’ drunk it’d be hypocritical to run this foundation. Every person in this room has done something they regret, Nikki knows – the important thing is to own it. Neil looks uncomfortable.
Hilary didn’t mean to cause any tension between Jack and Jill. Sure you did, Phyllis snaps. Marching off for some air, she pauses to glare as Hilary tussles her hair as she shows Jack her speech on her tablet.
Nikki and Jill paste on smiles and exchange forced pleasantries at the bar. When Ester arrives, Nikki leaves the old roomies to bicker – then sadly agree they wish they still lived at the mansion with Katherine.
Neil runs his finger around the rim of a half full discarded glass of booze. Seeing Lily busy hugging Cane, and Jack busy with Hilary, he struggles. Meanwhile, Jack leaves Hilary to thank Devon for defending her to Phyllis – I love you. Jack meets Luca and Summer at the revolving door. He’s surprised by their announcement. Nikki hopes Summer’s thought it through – she’d hate for her to regret an impulsive move later.
What are the odds? Running into you at the park again? Phyllis turns to see Billy, helmet in hand.

Summer’s thought about it – this is something Luca and I both want. Nikki admits that Summer’s harsh words (over her divorcing Victor) hurt her very much, but she doesn’t want there to be a rift between them. If she wants to live with Luca, that’s her choice. Both Jack and Nikki issue a veiled threat that Luca better take good care of Summer, or else.
As all gather for the announcement, Jill steps in front of Hilary to address the crowd and say a few words about the wonderful foundation and the wing named after the brave and strong Katherine. This plaque will hang in the Chancellor Memorial wing. Hilary forces a smile as Jill beams for the press.
Travis gripes about the bank not being willing to lend him money. They only help cronies and 1%. Sorry – you’re not the enemy; far from it. Travis is glad Tori’s there. He expected to see her last night, but we can do something tonight. That won’t work for Vikki.
