Travis takes Vikki’s hand to show her the most interesting part of the bar – the dance floor. No, not E7 – ‘Tori’ needs a change. Travis plays a slow song and as they dance, a guy at the bar takes a photo of them.

I told Max I’d stay with him, Ben complains. Dylan’s sorry – but Child Services needs to interview him alone. Outside the office, Abby, Ashley and Neville hear a scared Max plead with his ‘Daddy’. Neville leaves Ashley to hug Abby. Max begs and screams for his Dad as Dylan hauls him out.

Fiona must be out of her mind to think Phyllis is jealous. No, she knows the truth – you accused Billy of parading me in front of you to get a reaction (which he sure got) Fiona knows exactly what she’s dealing with (a woman who wants to be in Billy’s bed)

Jack IS taking care of his own life – you’re part of it (for now) Billy doesn’t appreciate Jack interrupting time with his kids for a scolding. You want me to jump at your every command!? No, Billy won’t listen to Jack, he won’t apologize – he’ll take what he wants, be it a company, his kids or a woman.

On the dancefloor, Travis and ‘Tori’ kiss. But when he invites her to his place, Vikki bolts. The guy at the bar turns. Vikki’s outside looking all flustered.

Dylan returns to the lab to tell Ben that Max is on his way to Child Services. Ben’s pissed that the rules weren’t bent for him. No, there’s nothing Dylan can do – you’ve done enough. When Abby tries to comfort him, Ben leaves in tears. Ashley tells Abby that she did what she had to do. It’s all my fault, Abby weeps in her Mom’s arms.

Next: Fiona stuns Jack; What’s going on – between your brother and your wife …. Nick raises his voice at Vikki and Billy – stop trying to make everyone think you don’t belong together because nobody’s buying it…. Victor gets a visit from Adam. The position I left open is ripe for the taking. When are you going to make your move?

My Thoughts: Go Fiona! It’s so refreshing to see someone get the better of Phyllis … How big is this Dillman’s department store? Let’s give it some credit and say it’s as big as Walgreen’s. Even IF Walgreen’s buyer could unilaterally make the decision to refuse to stock Maybelline and Cover Girl, customers loyal to these brands would just go to Walmart…. Why is Vikki delivering the kids to Billy? The non-custodial parent is usually responsible for transporting the kids to and from scheduled visitation. And she’s early because Johnny can’t wait to see Billy’s playroom? Does she not know how to say no to her son? … Vikki has no right to order anyone out of Billy’s home. And while they’re with him, it’s Billy’s decision who’s allowed around the kids. Vikki must have forgotten that she moved Ben in with her and the kids when Katie was an infant … What on earth does Billy’s gambling addiction have to do with how he’s behaving? Jack has a very judgmental attitude for someone running a foundation created to help addicts and give them a second chance. If Jack wants to worry about an addict, he might want to leave Billy alone and check in with his old pal Nikki…. All his talk about family and Jack doesn’t even bother to say hello to the niece and nephew he rarely sees? I sure hope Katie’s not choking on a leggo block or sumthin’ up there … That all said, Billy’s an idiot and the fairy tale he told Johnny is disgusting. Use the family court system to get custody (like JT did) don’t play subliminal mind games with your son.
