Mitch tells Victoria that Victor needs to rest and that she should come back later. She is just about to leave when Victor enters.
Jack and Billy wait for Phyllis. They continue to bicker. Phyllis approaches, “Should I leave you two to talk?” Billy says he will not be driven out of the company given to them by their father because of Jack. They leave.
Luca defends Summer, saying she did the right thing even if it meant going against her own mother. Kevin says the money is rightfully theirs to which Summer snaps and says they deserve nothing. Kevin says Summer has made up her mind. Kevin, Mariah and Natalie get up and walk away from the table. Kevin tells the girls that they need Billy to reason with Victoria.
Billy on the phone, leaves a message on Victoria’s phone. In the message, he says she is a liar and calls her her father’s daughter.
In the interrogation room, Victoria fills in Victor about the deal. Victor asks her is she is serious and says she should have never given the Abbott’s anything.
Kevin, Mariah and Natalie arrive at Billy’s house. Kevin tells Billy to talk to Victoria. Billy laughs and says Jack already beat him to it. Billy tells them about the agreement which causes Natalie questions what that means for them.
At the restaurant, Summer sympathizes with Kevin, Mariah and Natalie. Luca tells her she may of paid a steep price. Phyllis and Jack enter. Summer tells Lily she is sorry. Phyllis reveals the deal. Luca and Summer exit to go celebrate. Jack says he is giving Billy a chance to reclaim the woman he loves.
Victoria paces – listing the benefits of the deal. Victor claims Victoria let the Abbott’s off too easy but Victoria then adds that she had Billy fired. Victor isn’t impressed because he knows that Victoria’s real intentions are to get Billy back.
Luca tells Summer he isn’t upset that he wasn’t included in the Pass Key deal, seeing Summer happy is all that matters. They kiss.
Billy tells Kevin, Mariah and Natalie they won’t get much of the profits. Natalie says she’s going back to “GeekVille,” Mariah is back to slicing limes and Kevin is back to the “cop shop.” Billy says he will figure something out.
Victor says Victoria’s one flaw is Billy. He begins to raise his voice and says without Billy, Victoria would have killed them in court. Victoria fires back by saying Victor’s flaw is having nobody to share his success with. She goes on to say she’ll run Newman Enterprises and have Billy and when Victor is a free man, she will be waiting for him to return to a place better than what he left behind. She gets up to storm out.
Phyllis and Jack go back and forth about Billy and Victoria. Jack accuses Phyllis of not wanting Billy and Victoria to be happy.
Phyllis and Jack carry on their conversation. Phyllis says that Billy and Victoria won’t work out if Victoria keeps treating Billy “like a child in need of a lesson.” Kevin, Mariah and Natalie spy on the table. Natalie approaches and asks Jack what their going to get or if they will end up like Billy.
