Asking Natalie to stay, Phyllis tells Jack that Passkey is nothing like Paragon – are you that afraid of Victor? Should I look for new investors? Natalie asks – I’m outta here. Don’t make a move before you hear from me, Phyllis orders. Nobody can prove what Billy and I did. Summer knows, Jack points out – this is how Billy lost Vikki. This is all so dirty – you could be charged for having Adam kidnapped. You aren’t going to tell Adam are you? Phyllis asks Jack.

At CL’s, Faith worries about Noah. Sage reassures her – hope for the best. Shawn arrives and is introduced to her baby’s future big sister. Donut? Why doesn’t Shawn look too happy? Her apartment was broken into. Sage will call Dylan. Shawn’s worried the burglar will come back. Move in with us, Sage suggests.

At the courthouse, Dylan assures Chris that’ll hell tell the truth – testify as a detective, not a stepdad. Nikki, Nick and Sharon reassure Noah – the family will support him (we don’t need Victor for that) Billy arrives – he and Noah share a look.

Jack won’t put his wife at risk, but can’t just close his eyes for profit. Phyllis reminds Jack of his stunts against Victor. He’s trusting the system to punish Victor. Phyllis thought Jack loved the fight in her. Yes, but it must be above board. That’s not the way the world works, Phyllis argues.

On the patio, Natalie informs Luca that the project is scrapped because of the Abbott Newman feud. Luca sees her potential – work with me. It’s the two of us against the world.

Giving Shawn a tour of the penthouse, Faith loves living there – but she stayed with Mommy when Sage was in Fairview. You were in a mental hospital?? Shawn’s alarmed.

On the stand, Chris has Dylan testify that Noah swapped his tires the day after the accident. Leslie has him state that Noah did the right thing. Chris counters – no, Noah didn’t do the right thing by switching his tires and fleeing the country to avoid arrest. Marisa testifies that Noah was devastated when he found out what he’d done. But you helped him cover up his crime, Chris adds. On the stand, Billy doesn’t have any ill will towards Noah. Chris tries to bring up his history but withdraws it.

Noah then testifies that he didn’t come forward because his grandfather convinced him not to. I couldn’t think straight. I didn’t want to hurt my family. My grandfather used my guilt to make me do things his way. Chris crosses – No, Victor didn’t tell Noah to change his tires of flee the country. Noah’s biggest regret in life is listening to his grandfather.

Faith tells Shawn that Sage solved a mystery (then is sent upstairs) Sage explains being grief-stricken – she was in an abyss after losing Christian. Losing a baby is soul crushing. Shawn wonders if her soul can take it.
