Vikki’s at Jabot trying to talk to Billy – these deals aren’t legit. They are according to Jabot’s legal dept. Vikki likens Billy to Ian Ward – this is wrong. Billy knows she’d defend Victor if the roles were reversed. Chelsea then arrives to speak to Billy. Yes, this IS the time – it’s about Adam.
Patty creeps into Sharon’s room – did the baby make you tired? Sharon rolls over to murmur “medicine…..” Patty’s brought knitted booties and baby name suggestions. P names, like her and Paulie. Patty – what are you doing in here!? Dr A enters to snap.
Ian didn’t hurt Phyllis – she’s one helluva woman – as for you my friend… Adam demands he cancel Paragon. It can’t be stopped, Ian says – so good bye Gabe Bingham – rest in peace ~click~ Ian’s not surprised or troubled when Paul and an officer show up to arrest him.
Chelsea shocks Billy and Vikki with her news – Adam’s alive, he didn’t die in that car crash – and he’s in town – calling himself Gabriel Bingham.
Phyllis strolls into Victor’s office to say that there ARE enemies everywhere Victor looks. Adam isn’t dead. Victor thinks that ‘absurd’. Phyllis assures it’s true (as Jack bites his lip)
Next: Nick confronts a weepy Sage – tell me you didn’t know that Adam was alive … Phyllis confronts Jack – You’ve not only be lying to me – but what about your brother!? .. Finding Adam seated on the rooftop, Billy tosses his table over. ADAM! Enough! Victor arrives to bark.
My Thoughts: OK – absurdity aside, I’m really enjoying this fast pace of the show lately. As I don’t read spoilers much myself, I had no idea Adam’s secret was going to come out today.. But where is Ashley? It makes no sense that she wouldn’t ditch whatever she’s doing out of town and come home …. Odd that Ian didn’t even try to escape before Paul caught up with him (he’s not hard to spot with his elaborate baseball hat disguise) …. A fan/friend emailed me yesterday to concur that Neil’s sudden medical knowledge (and ability to care for Hilary) is not even remotely accurate – and re: Sharon – there’s no blood test to indicate one’s in the middle of a bipolar episode… So is Sharon pregnant or not? And what’s up with Dr A sedating Sharon for no apparent reason?? And sharing the results of another patient’s test results??
